I found this anime to be quite unique in the way they portray fights. There are no superpowers unless you count the abnormal amount of jump the main character can acheive other than that the fights are fairly realistic and I love her fighting style. This was the first time I watched a whole anime series in one day so that says a lot about how much I enjoyed this. |

I found the art style of this movie to be a breath of fresh air. The animation and style take a lot from videogames with the CG style. It actually reminded me of watching a very long cutscene from a sci-fi videogame which isn't a bad thing in the least. The story was very well developed with interesting characters and nice twists and turns. |

This is the first anime I watched besides Dragonball Z. I originally picked this up because they just ported the whole videogame series to the Playstation and I enjoyed those games a lot so I figured this would be a good time as well. The characters are pretty much just like they were in the videogame except for maybe Elc and his more violent temper. Overall the anime didn't disappoint but it didn't live up to my expectations either so it was a pretty average show. |

I watched all of this in one sitting which isn't that impressive since its only a six episode OVA. I found the main character to be a little over-powered since he seemed basically immortal and the plot seemed to just cram all the manga into those six episodes which made the story seem kinda random and way too fast paced. |

Ken actually did a little fighting which is awesome because we haven't seen him since fighting Ichigo. |

This is one of the most popular animes in history in the US and I can see why. The characters are all very appealing especially Spike. I love the episodic nature of most of the anime but it also puts a main story in there that rivals most animes where they whole time they are focused on the story. I also can't get over how great the ending is to this series, it probably ends the best out of any anime I have ever seen. One last thing that makes it so great is the OST, I love Yoko Kanno and she is at her best during this series. |

This anime is amazing. I was stunned by the opening theme and especially by the opening sequence where Lucy escapes from her holding cell. There is definitely an obscence amount of gore and nudity but I think its actually used in a tasteful way. The story is very moving once you get past the vast amount of blood and Nyu is just so damn cute it gets on my nerves sometimes. |

Shannon Cassul ends up being one of my favorite characters due to his determination to protect his sister and his dry wit. I found this anime to be pretty uneven in the amount I enjoyed it since it spanned over three different story arcs following three different Mutsus. I found the second one to be the best since it had a tournament in it and I always enjoy those plus I liked the action the best. The third arc just seemed to drag on forever and I enjoyed that one the least. Overall there were some decent fights but they all lasted only five minutes. |

I played the videogame about 5 years ago so the memory is pretty fuzzy but I remember it being one of the best Tales games so I was psyched about seeing an OVA about it. The only real problem I had was it seemed the jumped through way too fast so it could have used more episodes or even made them longer. |
