Ummm, the series hasn't even premiered yet people still voted. I don't know if there's anything you can do about, but it's something I noticed.

This sort of things always happen on sequels; some people just can't tell the sequel and the original apart. Until the rating system can "lock" unaired and/or unfinished titles there's nothing we can do about it.

Or people judge the second season on the first one... didn't this same subject come up with Shippuuden?

It could also be that they are judging stuff from the manga that wasn't animated yet.
