Juuni Kokki, Last Exile, Scrapped Princess, and Gundam Seed are some of my suggestions. As to anything coming out new like this month...most of it is hentai-ish in nature and pretty much a waste of time unless you're into that kind of thing.

I think if you haven't already, One Piece, Naruto and Shaman King are all worth checking out, and shonen jump is just putting out Graphic novels of them all, definately worth taking a look at. If I had to just pick one though I'd most definately have to say Naruto, hope this helps.

I picked up the first discs of Samurai Deeper Kyo and Twelve Kingdoms recently and enjoyed them both. I've rented Full Metal Panic and really liked that one too!
