Good to see a release date for this. Shame I can't be in Japan to see it. I am still waiting for new seasons of both shows though

Fanboy mode:
Dammit, Dammit dammit! I'm hopiping up and down like a little kid right now! I wanna see it, but I'll only get to see trailers on youtube! and then when have to wait till summer or something when I'll be getting into collage to see this! MAN I WISH I COULD CONTROL TIME!!
Calm mode:
Looks good sofar,Late 2012/2013's looking like a good year for anime films it seems as a bunch a stuff's been greenlit. As for the film's plot, It looks about usual anime film fare sofar. although I could care less, When I'm watching a film, I watch for fun, so If I enjoy this then I really don't care what sort of plot line this'll follow.

Awesome! I love Index/Railgun, and hope they continue in the series format as well at some point. I'll look forward to this movie though.

Something new! nice loved Index and railgun and the ova! wish the second season would make it state side and all three would be a blue ray release here from Funimation.
Would love to own the OVA and mini special for railgun.
happy to see something new being done for the movie!

Well, if there's one thing the franchise needs, new characters is not it. Please don't, there's too many to use properly and develop as is.

You took the words right out of my mouth, mate. Ah well. Must find patience somehow.
Anything new from Kiyotaka Haimura is a definite plus for me. Love his artwork so much.
Even happier to hear the movie's plot will offer new insight into all things Index/Railgun.
Oh, FUNi, I know you're busy, but I hope this stretch of media silence on the subject means you're working hard on these anime. They're worth every bit of blood, sweat, and tears. Once it's out you can just have all my money. All of it. (You only have half right now)
