No one week delay, despite being a Kadokawa series. It will be interesting to see if this was an exception, or if unlike the Summer, Crunchyroll will be able to offer the series from Kadokawa right away.

They had no issues with the first season so I really do not see why they would with this one.

The first series premiered in Spring 2011, before NicoNico.com was on the scene.

Not everything on Crunchyroll is a delay cast though. Most shows by default are not. Or are delayed only by a day or so. It is only those shows announced late as simulcast they become delayed.
