The media site Crunchyroll announced on Thursday that it will stream the Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi 2 anime as it airs in Japan, starting on Friday, October 7 at 12:35 p.m. EDT.
Like the first series, the new one adapts Shungiku Nakamura's Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi ~Onodera Ritsu no Baai~ boys-love manga. The story follows a new manga editor (played by Takashi Kondō) and his tyrannical editor-in-chief (Katsuyuki Konishi) with a common past.
Crunchyroll's streaming will be available in North America, South America, United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Netherlands, Middle East, Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia.
Crunchyroll also streamed the first television anime series as it aired in Japan this past spring.
