Add manga?

i added manga to this site before but i cant seem to find a way to add manga info or new ones anymore?
help

Mouse-over the "encyclopedia" tab on the upper right, click "anime" or "manga", click the "Add an anime" or "Add a manga" link, enter the appropriate information, hit the "Submit this" button, and wait until you receive a reply in the form of a personal message (this can take weeks or months).
