Momo Ayase from Dandadan is my favorite recently. The way she casually interacts with Okarun and talks about her hobbies is really appealing there is also her relationship with her grandmother. Kinda like the ideal friend.

Shizuru Chikura from Train to the End of the World

She embodies the anime's central conflict of wanting things to remain stagnant vs change and her journey to accept change, despite her insecurities, is quite beautiful
