I'll be listing what the animators specifically did what, when I can, in a particular series or movie. Please know that even though I try to do so sometimes, trying to guess exactly when an animator's section stops is kinda being pedantic.

Birdy the Mighty: Decode (TV)	Very good
Ryo-timo= photo-shoot. Birdy jumping from building to building (ep. 1). Shingo Yamashita- Just as the precision states, Yamashita did everything except directing, storyboarding or animation directing for the ED. This includes background art, coloring, etc. (ED) Huge laser beam in the gym (ep. 3) Fight with the marionette (uncredited; ep. 9) Takahiro Kishida= fight with Bacillus-- starting when Bacillus is liquefied and creeping up Birdy's leg until the shot from afar of Birdy holding Tuto (ep. 3). Spaceship's attack on the city (ep. 12).

Megumi Kouno and Mai Yoneyama- flashback scene that takes in the BRS world (ep. 7).
Blood: The Last Vampire (movie)	Not really good
SWORD!! Toshiyuki Inoue=Saya killing the vampire on the train. Tetsuya Nisho= scene where Lewis says a bad word to Saya until she leaves the train station (ending is approximate). Norio Matsumoto=nurse's room scene when the music starts playing. Hiroyuki Okiura=scene where the nurse is finds Sharon at the dance until Sharon takes her out of the room. Yutaka Nakamura= sequence with the nurse being scared by the guard including the guard getting eaten by the vampire. Mitsuo Iso=warehouse fight (notice the change in photography).

Soichiro Matsuda= Unit 02's arrival, with the moving camera and all. Hiroyuki Imaishi= Unit 02's kick right after. Tadashi Hiramatsu=Scenes inside Shinji and Asuka's room. Conversation between Misato and Kaji in the tavern.

Mitsuo Iso- Motoko reloading. Hideki Hamasu=Motoko trying to tear the tank open.

Closeup of future Simon's mouth to the zoom-out of the entire ship (ep. 1). Final fight scene where Viral throws Gurren right towards the Anti-Spiral (ep. 27). Satoshi Yamaguchi= Gimmy and Dary (OP 3). Shin Itagaki= Yoko beating up the beastmen in the hallway (ep. 6). Sushio= Giga Drill Break (ep. 8). Yuka Shibata- Simon falling in the air. Keisuke Watanabe- Simon waking up Lagann and it rescuing him. Hiroki Mutagichi- Do-Ten-Kai-Zan's combination. Ikuo Kuwana- Do-Ten-Kai-Zan's initial attack to the scene of the Dai Gurren standing up among the aftermath. Akemi Hayashi- scene at sunset after the fight's over.

Toshiyuki Inoue= Scene of Chiyoko chasing the train \(including the part where she slips on the sidewalk, reminiscent of Testuo falling off his bike in Akira). Kenichi Konishi- accident at the set of the movie Shougo Furuya- scene where old Chiyoko is introduced and Tachibana gives her the key

Shinji Hashimoto=Kakashi activating his Sharingan to summon the water dragon, the water dragon blowing the guards away, and the shot of the water dragon and the tiger chasing the guards. Tetsuya Nishio=final Rasengan scene, starting when Shabadaba screams at Ishidate and gets killed.
Naruto the Movie: Legend of the Stone of Gelel (movie 2)	Good
Hidetsugu Ito= Opening scene at the beach. Shinji Hashimoto=Sakura's fight with Batgirl. Norio Matsumoto= Final battle. Starting with the baddie transforming and ending with Naruto's first Rasengan hitting him-ish. Hidetsugu Ito and Masaaki Endou= Final Rasengan scene. Hiroyuki Okiura=Naruto and Sasuke walking towards each other.
Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow	Good
Takeshi Honda=bar scene. Tetsuya Nishio=Naruto defeating the bad guy with his Rasengan.

Norio Matsumoto- Scene of Haruka taking off her coat and the seagulls flying around (OP). Masahiro Satou= Haruka running alongside her dog until the end (OP).

Toyoaki Emura- scene with Nagumo and Tsuge at the end.

Takeshi Koike= all key animation for OP (directed by Mamoru Hosoda); Manzo exploding out of the barrel (ep. 5). Masaaki Yuasa=Trip scene in ep. 9 (you can't miss it). Shinji Hashimoto= Mugen hanging between life and death scene (ep. 26).
Sci-Fi Harry (TV)
OP only. Shinya Ohira= Guy falling into the water. Norio Matsumoto=guy crying tears of blood, followed by a back shot of the same guy crying. Shinji Hashimoto=blue-haired guy holding his head.

Shoka (special)	Good
Hiroshi Tomioka= lead chick defeating the huge cat. Hiroyuki Imaishi= fight with Daruma (2nd volley only?). Yuusuke Matsuo= scene where the lead dude talking with the female villain on the rooftop (she takes off the cloth covering her face). Up until, and including, the part where she escapes the cheery blossom bind by exploding and the trio is surprised. Yasunori Miyazawa= climax with the giant monster.

Takeshi Honda- bowling scene, climax at the office. Toshiyuki Inoue- conversation at the restaurant.

Norio Matsumoto=Tanaka crashing on his bike (my guess). Takeshi Koike=start of the air force attacking Tanaka. Yasushi Muraki= more of the army attacking Tanaka. Michio Mihara=Army trying to flee Tanaka (my guess, he probably handled every scene with a huge crowd since he's an assistant AD). Yoshiaki Kawajiri- Scene where Tanaka and the three soldiers confront each other in the tunnel.
Street Fighter Alpha: Generations (OAV)	Good
Hiroyuki Imaishi- Ryu fighting with the old man until Ryu gets thrown into the dojo.

Hideki Hamasu- Miyuki throwing a book in Gin's face and the fight that ensues. Hana haggling the taxi driver (expressions on this dude's face are priceless). Shinji Otsuka=Hana berating Gin in the hallway.
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (movie)	Very good
Yasushi Muraki- Fight against Caroline. Takeshi Koike- D grabbing the arrow and the profile shot of him on his horse. Grove's spirit first appearance.
Whisper of the Heart (movie)	Very good
World Record (OAV)	Excellent
Takeshi Koike= Dan "awakening" and the robot inspecting him. Him crossing the finish line. Overall, Koike is responsible for about half of the key animation in this short.
X (movie)	Bad
