Plot Summary:
When the Hyde planetary system is annexed by the Abh Empire its leader makes the controversial decision to hand over the system peacefully in exchange for a standing in the Empire. This makes his son, Jinto Lin, part of the aristocracy also, and he is shipped off to be educated in the empire. On his way to the military academy he meets and quickly befriends Lafiel, the shuttle pilot. He's surprised to find out his new friend is also the Abh Empire's princess. However, Jinto's peaceful voyage turns into a nightmare when war breaks out, and Jinto and Lafiel are forced to escape their ship with their lives, hunted by the enemy.
