Well it's about time. I wonder what kind of art box they'll include with it. I hope it's not one to hold all the volumes because then I wouldn't know what to do with the one I already have. Might have to go for the standard edition for once.

Funimation already licensed Volume XIII, the first volume in the anime's final arc.

Whoops, that should be an VIII!

Nice, I was waiting for this. I've watched the first Hellsing Ultimate episode but I quickly found out that the last 2 episodes were never dubbed, so I never really picked it up again... now is a good chance to get back on track.

2014 really is one of the best years for anime fans.

I still don't know what they could do for the artbox, the last one was already full... Maybe a replacement bluray disc case that holds multiple disks?

I'm excited but skeptical. I LOVED Hellsing Ultimate, but I thought the last episode of the last set, when they switched to Graphinica, was an enormous step down from prior episodes. Hopefully it gets back up to form.

Cool. I've been holding off buying any of the HU volumes until these came out. And I echo the hope for a Complete Collection.

FINALLY! I was starting to worry. I've even held off finishing the manga ,even though I own the entire set, because I wanted to finish the anime first. Funi gets my money again!

This has been a busy weekend. Viz picks up Sailor Moon, FUNi gets the rest of Hellsing: Ultimate, and Aniplex announces.... an announcement, of an announcement to be made later. Confused

If I had to describe the various company's panels at ACEN this year, it would be:

Viz = Swan dive.
FUNimation = Cannonball.
Aniplex = Belly flop. Laughing

Great. I love Hellsing. We've been getting quite a bit of good news here these past 2 days. Too bad I can't really enjoy it as much as I'd like thanks to a certain someone on the ANN staff and his nasty condescending attitude towards me in the Sailor Moon discussion. Ruined my whole mood.

That's why I haven't purchased any either. I like to watch everything at once. I guess Netflix spoiled me.

This is Funimation guys. They completely repackage their better sellers frequently just because they lowered the price. Of course there will be a complete set. They just gotta get through a release with just the last 2 episodes for the sake of the people that already own the first 8.
