missing alternate title

For romaji titles, the language is "Japanese". But if the original title contains katakana approximations of english words, those words should be translated to english instead of romaji. For example, グラビテーション should be translated to "Gravitation" (the intended meaning), not "Gerabiteeshon" (the exact romaji). And if all parts of the romaji title have been translated to english words, then it's no longer a romaji title and the language box should be set to "English", not "Japanese".
