The song is called "White Reflection" by Two-Mix.
You can get it imported *legally* from many] establishments like CDJapan, Animaxis, Planet Anime, Anime Nation, and anyone else that carries Japanese imports. Ah, I didn't realize you were in Japan. In that case, you can get it anywhere they sell a large collection of anime CDs. |

While you're at it, check out this DVD, which includes a five-minute "White Reflection" animated music video. The video's two characters are modeled after Shiina and Minami.
