It didn't. It's mostly just anime and LNs, riding the isekai wave. In manga villainess stuff is very very niche... I don't even know if there's any that's not a LN adaptation.

Thought, it's not the same sort of thing as it's knowledge gained from multiple lifetimes, not something given to her from the beginning. I think that even with the fighting knowledge she has from past lives, she still can't fight super well since her current body hasn't been trained (may be mistaken though).

Using knowledge gained from your past life is pretty bog standard for Isekai/Tensei, even if i do accept that she at least had to put the work in. the point is that she was world-class at all her past lives. She is just able to solve any problem she is given, she instantly identifies poisons and produces the antidotes, solves trade issues and cures disease, and whilst they do keep saying that she doesn't have a trained body anymore, she still defeats 20 odd people unarmed, as well as trained assassins, and then takes out an entire fantasy special ops team whilst sniping from horseback.
