Idk, the description has a bit of Engrish in it, but it’s not terrible. I would rather they have pushed the current English light novel publishers to translate it, instead of doing it themselves, though $8 for 2 novels in 1 is a pretty good deal.

I'm getting ready to read and review this, as an FYI. Is this really our first official release of a yuri novel since Strawberry Panic, or did I somehow miss one?

Killing Slimes for 300 Years had some yuri undertones, but this is the first outright "yuri" series i can recall from recent years. I wonder why they're advertising the "original japanese text" as a selling point. I can't read Japanese, dang it!

After reading through the first few pages, you can definitely tell it was translated and edited by non-native speakers. There are lots of instances where the translator uses the wrong preposition ("I headed to the opposite direction"), forgets an article ("there was no way that I could make it to the main gate within next three minutes") or doesn't understand the difference between countable, collective and mass nouns ("the pink carpet of scattered petal," "all my dream and future plan,") not to mention a general tendency to shift from present and past tense.
