This is extremely pleasing news! One of the titles I want to watch has finally been announced to show on CR.

.... And this is why I should read all of these types of articles. Luckily I'm signed up to a site which allows me to change me DNS settings so hopefully will still be able to watch.

I'm starting to feel frustrated with Crunchyroll's continuing random blocking of the UK from their streams..

These decisions are largely made in Japan, not by Crunchyroll. Perhaps the rights holder intends to use another UK distributor, or perhaps they don't see enough value in the UK market to license the rights. Or maybe the rightsholder asked more for the UK rights than CR was willing to pay. There are lots of reasons why a show streams in one region but not another. These decisions are most assuredly not "random."

Oh, can Crunchyroll not just stream it in the UK. I didn't know licences where in effect online. I know sites like HBO have region locks but I thought that was because the shows were showing on UK tv but further behind.

@yuna49 I understand I just feel frustrated.
I'm not sure if it's just my bad luck that the past few seasons one of the two or so anime series I think I would be interested in watching is the one CR licenses, but not for the UK, or they are just increasing the amount they are not picking up for the UK.
