Hi!

I'm making this topic to report what seems to be a mistake in the encyclopedia . There's a lot of anime listed in the encyclopedia as having a spanish broadcaster called "All toons" (Company #6352). I'm from Mexico, but I've never heard of it, so I asked some friends from Argentina and Spain if they knew about it, but they knew nothing at all

What actually surprised me the most, is that, suposely, this channel had not only broadcasted things like Sakura or Dragon Ball (already broadcasted in CN LA), but also new animes like Death Note or PaniPoniDash!

It seemed weird to me, so I googled for information on this channel. You can do it as well. I found nothing: No website, not listed by any cable distributors, no reference in any forums. I tried various combinations like "all toons anime canal" or "all toons nuevo anime", "all toons [anime name]" and after a few searches, almost all of them directed me to this website: http://alejandro-mianimedealejandro.blogspot.com/ As you can tell, these is a very cheesy looking blog: No references, bad grammar, awful pics, no comments....

The only answer I can come up with is that this is a hoax. Maybe you should check who put those references in the encyclopedia. I wouldn't be surprised if they where made by the same guy.

Thanks for reading. I hope this is a useful report.

PS: If this post must go in other thread, please tell me.

Including something I think no overseas licensor would ever consider, such as the notorious Gundo Musashi.

Your hunch was correct. All 116 records of this "company" were added by the same user using http://alejandro-mianimedealejandro.blogspot.com/ as the primary reference. The same person added the following "company information" for it:

Esta pagina esta en proceso
estos anime son solo para la Argentina.
© 2005-2007 All Toons Todos los Derechos Reservados

With my close-to-nothing Spanish knowledge ("In the progress of establishing as the only anime page in Argentina?") and numerous countries speaking Spanish (Spain plus all Central and South American countries except Brazil) I had had no way to verify the very existence of this company, but now it looks like the submitter claimed it to be an Argentine company, which is now easier to confirm. It indeed looks like a hoax. Now this user is about to walk the plank unless s/he can provide sufficient evidences to back his/her claim.

Actually it's something like "Site in Progress. This anime is only for Argentina". So, well, it seems I was right. Razz See ya!
