I have read all the Dominion Tank Police manga that has been released by DHC?
Are we missing some thing between the orginal Dominion Series* and the Conflict 1 : No More Noise? *including the Dominion Phantom of the Audience Special The orginal manga series you can tell that it follows the events of the orginal Domion OVA series (ACTS 1 to 4). Baku, the Puna Sisters and Crolis (the green skinned girl from Act 4) are running around causing trouble. New Port City's air is heavily polluted. And this plays a big part in the story. And in the end, Baku manages to escape to a colony on Mar. Now Conflict 1 : No More Noise.... Firstly, New Port's air has not been clean up. When did that happen? And the other event that does not make sence is that the Puma sisters become duly deputized officers for the tank police. Did we miss something between these 2 series? |

I guess it is possible that Darkhorse didn't release some of the Dominion manga, though I find it more likely that Shirow just didn't give any explanation for these events given how he is with serialized stories.
