5 Centimeters Per Second (movie) |
Very good |
This is a pretty slow paced and in depth look of a distant relationship of a young couple. It shows, rather attempts to reflect true love between a boy and a girl. This anime has provoked tears and emotion from many of my friends, but it failed to get any emotion form me. I thought the slow paced, dark and boring essence of the anime took away my likings. |
Ah! My Goddess (TV) |
Good |
At the beginning, this anime seemed slow and I was half interested. The deeper I went into Keiichi Morisato's story, the more I wanted to see him and Belldandy, the goddess, be together and cherish one another. The way the different characters behave is oddly funny and worth-while to watch. Also, the drawings are great; I love the way the goddesses look. |
Ah! My Goddess: Flights of Fancy (TV) |
Good |
Before I only looked forward to see Keiichi and Belldandy like one another, but now I just like watching the show for its humor. It really is fun to watch. |
Ai Yori Aoshi (TV) |
Very good |
Another version of Love Hina, but 200% better. The drama, the plot, the characters, the artwork, are all much better. This anime should be viewed by all, especially those who like romantic and dramatic animes. |
Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~ (TV) |
Very good |
Second season continues the relations ship between Aoi and Kaoru. Does not have the impact as the first season. |
Air (TV) |
Masterpiece |
This anime is absolutely a thrill to watch. I love watching the chacracters interact with one another and change throughout the show. Not only is this anime funny and heartwarming, but this anime is also one that contains dramatic scenes with great twists that will make one say, "Holy shyt." |
Air Gear (TV) |
Good |
Air Gear seems very old. It seems old because of the drawings style and the way the story is told/written. The opening theme at first seems corny, but after hearing it many times, it becomes a little bit addicting and somewhat nice to hear; like something that gets ur blood flowing. |
Aishiteruze Baby (TV) |
Excellent |
This anime is a great old school romance/comedy genre. It is great to watch in a laid back fashion. |
Akira (movie) |
Weak |
I just didn't like it. Everything is just lame and dopey. |
Angelic Layer (TV) |
Good |
This anime is not bad. Even though you may find the main problem stupid, different people might have different views. I think that the action is good, but the plot lacked importance. This anime is basically about a girl starting to go to middle school. Even though she acts cute, happy, and ok with everything, she has a nag on herself of wanting to be with her mother. She never got to see her mother after kindergarten and suddenly she enters a game in spite of all that.
After a long journey she ends up meeting her mother and it is happily ever after.
The reason why the plot lacked importance is because her mother is a stupid ignorant fool. She is the champion of the game that her daughter had entered and she never even spoke to her until the bitter end. She often says something like, “I want to show her that I’m doing work ( in my view playing a game), and that I won’t meet her until she sees me working.” I find it hard to believe that a mother, despite herself being ill, is shunning her daughter like the way she did. Her daughter was right in front of her, but instead she would just run away.
Yea, and although the mother is playing to raise money for the new technology to fix herself, she did not say anything to her daughter. She could’ve at least told her daughter that simple fact, but no. She let a poor little girl suffer. And what made it more horrifying is that the mother only decided to confront her daughter just the minute both of them were going to fight one another in the last final game. What would she have done if her daughter never made it to the final games? Would she just leave her by herself to suffer even more? |
Ayakashi - Samurai Horror Tales (TV) |
Decent |
Azumanga Daioh (TV) |
Good |
Another one of those cute/comedy animes. That's what one says after first glance, but it's a whole lot more. This anime was ingeniously written/executed. In fact, this anime is very unique because of this trait. |
Basilisk (TV) |
So-so |
Similar to Berserk as in gruesome battles. However, everything else is just bezare. The storyline isn't quite interesting. The drawings are ugly, or disgusting depending on one's view, beyond belief. I don't see how people can talk about this anime so much. It really is terrible. |
BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad (TV) |
Masterpiece |
This is uniqe anime that i cannot love anymore. THis truly is a masterpiece. THe character design is in a class by ifself. There are many animes, that are like another previous one, or those that are mediocore, but this anime, truly is uniqe. The drawing is extraordinary for manga artists. Not only is the drawing very good, but also the costume designs, the coloring and the entire setting. They all combined make it a truly a marvelous peice.
In addition, the plot is in par with the setting. The story is very interesting and does not get boring from the beginning to the end. All in all, this anime is a must-watch. |
Berserk (TV 1997) |
Masterpiece |
The action is intensly gruesome; there are fights where blood covers the entire screen. Also, the storyline is well created. The journey of a guy named Gutts is told very thouhtfully and mind provokingly. But, by the end, everything goes crazy and disgustingly horrible. The ending is one of the worst endings; maybe second to The Twelve Kingdoms. |
Big Windup! (TV) |
Very good |
This anime has very nice drawings. It is yet another baseball anime. It seems like Japanese baseball has come a long way. The main character of this anime is very slow/boring/somewhat of a clutz. To me, people like him are hated instantly, however I'm sure many other people can relate to his personality and behavior that will ultimately attract them to liking the entire series. |
Black Blood Brothers (TV) |
Decent |
Nice action anime. It's like a wanna be devilmaycry anime with a mix of blood+ and a mix of other vampire animes. It's good nontheless. |
Black Cat (TV) |
Good |
Nice opening intro music. Very sad and interesting up to ep 7. Then it goes down hill. The manga was better, or so that's what i hear. |
Black Lagoon (TV) |
Decent |
I didn't like this anime. Maybe i didnt understand the situation or the chraacters quite well, but this anime was just not for me at that time that i've watched it. |
Bleach (TV) |
Excellent |
Superb action. The only thing that, I think, really keeps me motivated is Ichigo, the different squad captains, and the mystery with Aizen. The rest of the characters are getting boring and the filler episodes are severely ruining this great anime. |
Blood+ (TV) |
Good |
I love the action and I love Saya. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the opening theme by UVERworld is one of my favorite opening themes ever. |
Bokura ga Ita (TV) |
Good |
Pretty good romance/drama/comedy anime. |
Bokurano (TV) |
Excellent |
Boys Be... (TV) |
Decent |
Very open ended ending. I mean rediculously wide like a mountain gap wide. Cliched romance/anime but too much openess. THere isnt a clear cut decision made by main char. He(Koichi) seems lost and constantly shows affection for a girl, without saying much about it to her(Chiro). The girl on the other hand says ill be waiting for you(koichi). |
Boys Over Flowers (TV) |
Good |
This anime is harsh and very awkward. I don't want to ruin the ending, but let me tell you, you will be surprised who the heroine falls in love with.
The reason why i say it is harsh is becuase the protagonist, or lead female character is beaten up almost eveyr episode like she is a dog. She gets hurt by eevryonem and yet she still manages to move forward in life wiht her strong will. This anime really isn't as bad as my rating, but i gave this rating becuase of he brutal beatings of a female character, i cannot tolerate that. IN addition, this is where the awkwaerd part comes into to play, i rated it good becuase i did not like her male partner. Well, i did not like any of them, and thought she deserved better. |
Brave Story (movie) |
Excellent |
Wonderful characters and a wonderful story. |
Bus Gamer (TV) |
Very good |
Good anime, but it never finished for some odd reason, owell. |
Buso Renkin (TV) |
So-so |
Similar to elemantal gelade but its more action less romance. ONly in the end there is romance. This is a action-romance anime. I did not like the drawings that much. The story was ok, but not very compelling. |
Candy Boy (ONA) |
Very good |
Canvas 2 - Niji Iro no Sketch (TV) |
Good |
Great anime to watch; at first it seems like an average romance/comedy anime, and it really is, but up to the end of the anime it all changes. The ending will probably leave many watchers in awe. Without ruining the anime, I can say that the anime turns towards a complete different direction, and makes the watchers even aid that view, and then all of a sudden, unexpectedly, the anime takes another turn back, which will catch the viwers with surprise. |
Cardcaptor Sakura (TV) |
Decent |
Nice happy characters. Animation is also great. The different conflicts that the characters have is very interesting to see get altered. The characters are somehwhat similar to that of Tsubasa Chronicle. Sakura in both of them are the girls that have imense magical powers. Syoran in both of them are Sakura's lover. Yukito san is almost exactly the same; he has a pair of glasses, same face and personality, and strong magical powers. And Sakuras brother is also similar in appearance and personality. Despite the fact this anime is specifially targeted for young kids, I enjoyed it. |
Casshern Sins (TV) |
So-so |
This series is not good. MAn this one was hyped for no reason. This is like power rangers back in the middle ages. The suit is despicable and the story is lifeless. The lifeless aura of the anime is extremely dull and makes this anime terrible. This one is boring from the begining and stay boring forever. God, terrible. his is like a series for White ranger in anime. Not good at all. |
Castle in the Sky (movie) |
Very good |
Another great movie. I keep getting more and more fascinated by the work of Hayao Miyazaki. |
(The) Cat Returns (movie) |
Very good |
Hayao Miyazaki art work and production. Great stuff from him yet again. This story is not in par as his others, but nonetheless it is still a blessing to watch. HIs motion leaves me speechless every time. |
Ceres, Celestial Legend (TV) |
Decent |
Classic mideveil type of anime. Even though the brother and sister have somesort of a weird relationship, it is quite interesting. The scenes tend to get brutal with a lot of gore and violence. |
A Certain Scientific Railgun (TV) |
Excellent |
Its best feature is its animation and quality of art. The trasiitons of the scenes are also good. The story is a bit episodic, but it is interesting. The character interactions is a bit eccchi at times, but it is bearable. The characters are also drawn very nicely. |
(Le) Chevalier D'Eon (TV) |
Decent |
Chobits (TV) |
Very good |
AHHH, Chobits. Great stuff from this anime. Very beautifully drawn characters with a remarkable plot (there are more, but I'm too lazy to get into them). This anime is just nicely done, too good to miss. |
Chocotto Sister (TV) |
Not really good |
Must've been bored. |
Chrono Crusade (TV) |
Excellent |
This anime is hot. My favorite character is Chrno not just because he is very powerful, but also because Chrno the name itself alone is momentous. The only other Chrno, I know of, is from a game called Chrono Trigger. Although, in Chrono Trigger the character’s name is Chrono, and in this anime the character’s name is Chrno, it is still very similar and worthwhile mentioning.
Anyways, this anime is about devils and how they try to go against god. Chrno is a devil, who realizes his wrong doings after following the leader of the devils, sides with Rosette and the church. Many conflicts between the church and the devils occur, but by the end Chrno and Rosette create a happily ever after ending. |
Clannad (TV) |
Masterpiece |
I was waiting for entire seires to end then finish watching. I couln't bear waiting for a week for another episode. This anime is written as well as The Melancholy of Haruhi. The cutesyness is at times over board with the dango family, which i hated. However, seeing the characters' emotions drip out the screen is more than enough to make up for that. |
Clannad After Story (TV) |
Masterpiece |
You know when you watchn a dramatic anime that really depresses you or makes you wonder more about life, and then suddenly hears the op music of the anime thats associated with those reactions, this feeling is probaly a feeling like no other. I really love the op music and how it brings the anime togeteher with its serene feeling. WOW, jus wow |
Claymore (TV) |
Decent |
Nice female sword action but the female- monster transformations gets too carried away, too almost despicable to watch. The first few episodes are superb and make this anime seem like a automatic masterpiece; however, as the anime goes it, it gets worse. The ending was terrible as well. |
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (TV) |
Excellent |
This anime is excellent. Despite the weird animations and the flying robots, which make little sense to me now, the story was ingeniusly written. It reminds me of Deathnote. A guy going against eveyone in society using only his own hands and brains. Characters are likable and there are a lof of smart actions occuring with brilliant character interactions. |
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (TV) |
Excellent |
Because of this extraordinary season, the decent series becomes a masterpiece. The ending of this show is unparalleled, and one that cannot or should be missed. The entire shows is full of action and the ending is simply perfect. Even though many questions are left, it is not too far fetehed and very nice to analyze. Reminded me to Monster ending. |

Cowboy Bebop (TV) |
Excellent |
Finally, an anime with a fallen hero! Even though, at the beginning it is boring and the episodes are not chronological, the entire anime has a meaning of its own. Watching Spike die like that, at the end, I get a feeling that all those episodes were weird just like Spike's life, and just like our lives as well. And the way life is like a dream makes sense after watching the series. Dreams are composed of many different things; it could be chaotic, nice, scary, etcetera. In Cowboy Bebop, all the episodes don't flow together; some are chaotic, some are nice, and some are scary episodes filled with gore. These episodes define dreams and really are meaningful. |
Cowboy Bebop: The Movie |
Excellent |
Same idea of a dream. |
Cross Game (TV) |
Excellent |
This anime so far at like episode 1 is great, but it has the potential to be even greater. I just hope it does because after episode one i rated it as a masterpiece. Episode one was full of heart and drama, i simply fell in love with the characters and ultimately the show. |
D.Gray-man (TV) |

This anime is ok at first, but seems to go on forever. Not the greating, but not the worst. |
Darker than Black (TV) |
Very good |
WHY MASTER PIECE: top music not only the openings were great but also in bt/w fight scenes. Pumping music that gets ur blood flowing. Hei, main char is bad ass. Black reaper sexy name. Amber and Yin and Pai all enhance the story not just with prettiness, but also making the sotry connect and become more intriguing. Very good episodes that don't exactly follow one particular storyline, but somhow connect in the end, which makes it a mater piece. Very good. Hei's character is also unique. He may seem dull, but that is what makes him the Black reaper. |
Darker than Black: Gemini of the Meteor (TV) |

DearS (TV) |

Been a long time since i saw the anime, and i forgot to comment it. I think i have to refresh my thoughts on this, but i know for sure i've seen all of it. Oh i remember based on summary. This anime si decent. I saw it based on random hype, but i did not really realy like it and did not appreciate wasting my time on this. |
Death Note (TV) |
Excellent |
Let me just say that any action packed anime with interesting charcter devolopements and dramatic scenes will surpass any romantic anime in my top 20.(BTW, Most animes fail in doing so). This anime has already done it. This is yet another psycopathic thriller that will be on my top 20 list. The way it is going so far makes me decide whether it should be in my top 5 list or 10. If the anime stays goods and does not have a bad ending, then it is going on my top 5 list, but other than that, it will be on my top 10 list no matter what. Hopefully this anime will not let me down. Hope turned negatively. Kira becomes a comeplte failure by the end as does the anime. |

THIS ANIME IS GODLY. bEST ANIME IN OVER A YEAR. sAW IT AT 7/4/08. mUSIC GOes with the anime unbelivable well. Its simply the best anime is every aspect in recent years. Kyoko was unbelivable cute, and heart warming, along with most of the other characters. I dunno, something about the drawing style made me feel this way. Also again to the music. It so beautiful that sing a long. Nice animation, and a nice animaic wolrld. Very nice. This anime is better than Eureka 7 from the top of my head. |

Eden of the East (TV) |

This anime is the best of 2009 Spring season. The begining it starts off with a random naked dude who reminded me of Morimita or a name similar to that from Honey and Clover, but oddly enough his personality was almost exact: loving adorable, funny and entertaning. The character interactions from being was strong and though the anime it was firm. At times i got annoyed at the side characters, but sitll the plot made up for it. The plot actually was extraordinary, and made me think a lot throughout. I hope the conclusive movie does not fail to its precedent. |

Elemental Gelade (TV) |
Good |
Absolutely superb. Every episode is a blast to watch. I cannot believe how good this anime is. I love the action, the characters, the plot, the drama, the designs, and the music. What really made me love this anime was the fact that Ren and Cou started to love each other before the ending. Unlike, Shana, Eureka 7, Fate/Stay night, Chrono Crusade, and most other animes, the two characters started kissing much earlier on in the show. Having seen their love made it much more interesting to keep watching more, and see what was ahead for the newly bonded couple. It isn’t like those animes that if they kissed the world would be saved. It is more like how they trust each other, and how much they truly love each other that will save everyone. |

I don't even have to explain how good this anime is; everyone should already know. Specifically, I liked the ending the most. |
Ergo Proxy (TV) |

Very dark type of an anime. If you're into an anime with depth and meaning then watch this. It is similar to texhonolyze with its inner meanings. I thought it was okay, didn't fully understand all concepts. |
Eureka Seven (TV) |
Masterpiece |
WOW WOW WOW are the words I can say for this anime. This anime is superb. It has tons of action, heart-stopping drama, excellent character development, a great plot, and much more that can’t be said with words. This anime is about a boy named Renton Thurston aged around 14 living a hard life. He has the worst luck and always seems to cause trouble for others. One day a girl named Eureka and a weird robot named Nirvash land on his home. Renton immediately falls in love with Eureka. Eureka at this time does not understand love and just does what Holland, the Gekko Go leader, asks. Renton later ends up joining the Gekko Go. Soon Eureka and Renton become a couple. Even though Eureka is not human, Renton vows to protect her no matter what. Later on, after a long amount of hardships, dramatic scenes, and intense action, it is found out that Renton and Eureka are the only ones that can save the world, and the existence of humans. This anime is a must see and something worthwhile to see more than once. |
Eyeshield 21 (TV) |
Decent |
This series is decent, and not very good or as good as the hype. It has a dull main character, and just when you think he will be cool, he is not. I mean, he acts cool while being a running back, but when he opens his mouth, he becomes so lame, it is really a disgrace for the "Eyeshield 21" player.
The charcters surrounding the main are not the greatest, but they have a strong and dominating sense of individualty, and this is a good aspect. But, I, on the other hand, was not too appealed by the individuality. This series again, is just ok, not the greatest, but not the worst.
Maybe another football anime could easily be better, but I don't think Japanese know or care about football much. |
(The) Familiar of Zero (TV) |
Not really good |
This is a continuation of the seires. THis series at first got me interested and i was somewhat keening in for more, but slowly the atmosphere and the characters started to become extremely aggrevating. I could stand some of the characters by the end, so this anime is not recommended by me, unless you want fan-service and magical girl+romance(slight romance), and more fan service and other topics that might appeal a ten year old girl. |
(The) Familiar of Zero: Knight of the Twin Moons (TV) |
Decent |
This anime from the beginning has life and it pulls the audience in. It is fun to watch and interesting as each episode progresses on to the next. Nice romance/action/drama. It's not a typical story because of the fairy world adventurous rhythm, which makes it very unique, which equals greatness. |
Fantastic Children (TV) |
Decent |
Nice anime with children having lead roles, or so it seems. Gets pretty good as you go more into the anime. I thought the ending was bad. But then again most animes i watch, i end up saying that it has a bad ending, so i don't. This anime shouldn't waste yuor time, and should be nice and relaxing. |
Fate/stay night (TV) |
Decent |
This anime is very nice. It has constant action and an intriguing plot that kept me up. I didn’t get bored and I seemed to watch more as more episodes were available.
Fate Stay Night is basically about a boy who wants to destroy the Holy Grail, something that gives absolute power and may bring catastrophic casualties. The boy , in order to destroy the Holy Grail, must participate in a game to be the last man standing. In the game, there are seven different players that take part. Each of the players get a servant or more. In order to destroy the Holy Grail, the boy has to overcome many different obstacles, and one is a chance of losing his love. |
Figure 17 (TV) |
Decent |
It has very nicely drawn artwork, nice plot and interesting yet heart touching dramatic events. The only thing that does not make this anime a Materpiece is that the wriitng was done terribly. The characters don't seem to actually portray their character's age correcly, and their vioces just does go with the writings. Maybe it was the dubbers fault in translating Japenes into Enlgish, but whatever. However, despite it's flaw, Firgure 17 still is one anime that should be viewed by anime fans. |

I can't believe how bad this anime truly is. I watched it because I heard it was so good and because the ratings were so good, but after seeing it, I was like, "I can't believe I saw more than one episode of it." Maybe i don't understand why a robot was coming out of a boy's head, why some ugly barbaric slu**ish girl was so sad, and why another obnoxious girl kept banging a guitar around, but owell. I really don't want to be tormented again by watching the anime for the second time.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Despite writing the comment above two years ago, i can't help but laugh. I was very immature back then and could not exactly distinguish a quality anime. After re-watching FoolyCooly, i have come to realize how good it really is.
The comedy is in a class by itself. Also, the animation and character design, after scrutiny become a wonderful thing to view, which btw, in unlike any other, and that is a very good aspect of an anime. |
Fruits Basket (TV 1/2001) |

Beautfilly depicted characters, which not only make one happy but also sad based on certain circumstances. |
Full Moon o Sagashite (TV) |
Very good |
Nice long anime with cute/fun/dramatic scenes. Pretty fun to watch. The story was lacking reality at times, but still fun to watch. |
Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) |
Masterpiece |
My best anime ever is Full Metal Alchemist. It is played with the characters Edward and AL as their roles in finding a cure for their missing body, body parts. Weird huh? However, once you see the first episode you will be amazed at the amazing world that they are in. The kids usage of alchemy will just amaze and make you wish you lived at their place, or their world. The action is superb and every episode, unlike other stupid animes, or wack ones, build up to another more important event. And all the episodes link together.
I am sure without a doubt that your whole being will get shocked and that watching Full Metal Alchemists will make you say to other animes, “this sucks.” No other anime will compare to this one; the term “alchemy” is just too powerful and just superlative to even be compared with anything else. Also, after seeing the anime, the ending may confuse you and will seem like the story has not ended yet; that’s why the movie called, Full Metal Alchemist Conqueror of Shambala, will sum it all up and will make you feel, by the end, that you have just seen an awesome movie/anime. |

With its dazzling artwork and stunning music, Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo is an anime that must be viewed by all. It is an anime that will completely blow one away just by simply glimpsing its fine and dazzling designs. Gankutsuou also has great usage of character development that add to its eminence. The characters seem to have hidden pasts that just seem to slowly uncover as the story unfolds. Besides, having a futuristic story with several different wealthy people of all types just adds brilliance to the already exquisite anime, Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo. |

Getbackers (TV) |
Decent |
It was fun watching Amano Ginji and Mido Ban as the Getbackers getting back anything that was requested. The different abilities of the many characters truly makes this anime interesting. First, there is Amano Ginji, who is able to create electricity at will. He is usually reffered to as the Thunder Emperor. Then, there is Mido Ban, who has the ability to grip at the power of 200kb. He also has an ability to make one see a dream for a minute. This is also known as the notorious "Evil Eye." Both Ban and Ginji have are exceptionally strong with interesting pasts. After that, there is Kurodo Akabane, aka Dr. Jackal, my favorite character. His powers are just incredible. He has knives the come from within his body and other mysterious abilities that create fear among everyone. Next, there is Fuyuki Shido, who can manipulate animals and even behave like an animal. Thereon, there is Kakei Jubei and Fuchoin Kazuki. Both are close buddies that are immensely strong. Jubei throws knives relentlessly, and Kazuki controls strings that can bind anyone. Subsequently, there is Kudou Himiko, who is known as Lady Poison, and who carries seven different poisons, each with providing having different effects. And the last interesting character with an ability is Makubex. He is a crazy computer hacker, who does many deeds to help Ginji and friends. There are more interesting characters and more whom have abilities, but I don't see them as intriguing. Even though the ending is not conclusive and all the episodes do not flow together, overall, this anime is excellent. Oh yea, I almost forgot to mention that there are chibis in all the episodes that make many moments funny. |
Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (movie) |

Gungrave (TV) |
Masterpiece |
This anime is extremely captivating and mind compelling. When I saw it for the first time, I was just amazed beyond belief. At first, there are two kids aged around 16 living in the street with dangerous yet interesting lives. They begin to realize more to life and decide to get ‘big’ by joining the Syndicate and cash in a lot of money not just for themselves, but also for their friends who died. They both work hard and help each other until one of them does something wrong. They then all of a sudden become enemies and decide to fight one another. The idea of having two street hoodlums become most prominent figures of the “Syndicate” is just great, but to have them go against each other is just even more intriguing. Having two buddies, that are like brothers, go against each other is excellent and simply unparallel to any other animes. This anime is a must see, especially if you like the mafia, or movies like Godfather part one, two and or three. |

Beautifull looking girls with awesome gunslinging skills. Watching the girls is fun and very enjoyable. It's not just fun becuase I'm a guy thinking pervertedly, it is becuase of the anime and the way it was done. (just to make your head held high :)) |

Not bad. Reminded me of Trigun. Well at least the main characters did. Nice action. Lacked romance, but nice action. And the robot fighting scenes were better than most, despite the fact that i'm not quite particularly fond with flying robots. |

Why I rated it a masterpiece? Because of its ability to provoke emotions from me. The way this anime has several seems that make it come to life and give meaning is what makes this anime worth watching. The characters do actions to make the plot going, but still it its a very nice anime to watch. Again, becuase it was able to make me feel terrible about one particular character, and look forward to watching more of the anime, I rated it masterpiece. |
.hack//Intermezzo (OAV) |
Weak |
This is a nice episode explaining the reason why Mimiru plays the game, and why she decided to help Tsukasa. |
.hack//SIGN (TV) |
So-so |
In the beginning, it is exceptionally interesting. I loved the atmosphere of "The World." However, as I kept watching, it was getting a little slow paced. Also, the misconception of Tsukasa's gender was a shock, and then later watching her/him with Suburu was even more weird. Anyways, this anime has some weird fling to it. The meanings of different scenes and situations are sometimes difficult to comprehend. It is seemingly confusing, but if you slowly look at it, some of it becomes clear. |
.hack//Unison (OAV) |

This is the last episode of .hack/ /sign. It creates a happy ending for everyone. The last scene is great with everyone dancing with the nice music. |

Serene anime. Very nicely done. More relaxing to watch than any anime ever. It has no violence, gore, sex, but it's still one heck of an anime. This is a great watch. |
Hajime no Ippo (TV) |
Excellent |
This title is a great watch. The fights are interesting to get into, but to me they were medicore. However, i still acknowledge the attempt to appeal me. What i mean is that the boxing matches for Ippo were very captivating and i was a bit hyped, but not to a point where i was jumping up and down, like watching Rocky:D, but this rating is not based on the comparison to the American movie, and it is based solely on its postive aspects as an anime. |

I really had high hopes for this series, but when i saw Ef a tale of memories and compared it, there really was no comparison. This series was not even close to the high caliber Ef series. However, this seires does have its positive aspect. I did not like the main character at all, but the females were nice. I really liked the red-headed chick more than the main heroine, but o well. The drama is also somewhat interesting. The fan service would've been minimum, but it was not, which ultimately degraded the anime altogether. |
Hatenkō Yūgi (TV) |
Weak |
Nice op song. Anime was okay. |
Hell Girl (TV) |
Bad |
This anime is not bad, but different. In the beginning there are a never ending amount of episodes that have the similar theme of a girl named Emna Ai taking revenge for those who seek revenge. Near the last few episodes it sums up the point of Ai taking revenge. It also sums up the problems Ai is facing and how it relates to a man and his daughter. |

I love the songs in the middle of the show. I don't know if it occurs in every episode, but it does happen typically. The character designs are so unique; it is beautiful. The glow of the pure white creating brilliance is just amazing. The story is also great. Yuuta and the others really are trying to answer some of the same questions I have with my life...it's very pleasing. I feel a bit different after watching each episode; they really make feel and think differently. Oh, by the way, I love Morita san. I don't mean it in a gay way, but if you watch this show you'll know what I mean. I simply love his personality, his attitude towards everything, and most importantly his smile. It really brings be with a laugh, or a usual gentle feeling. Morita san is something really amazing. Just thinking about him makes me laugh. |

Hunter X Hunter (TV 1999) |
Masterpiece |
I simply love the characters and especially Gon and Killua. I don't know why, Gon seems to have such a nice voice, not in a gay way, but in a way that seems to be kind and heartwarming. And Killua is just so cool. I mean him and Gon are just awesome buddies. I think I could relate them to my best buddies. We always protect each other, visit each others homes, and do a lot of shyt together.
Moreover, Hunter X Hunter is outstandingly done. It has so many episodes, yet it contains not a single filler episode. The storyline by itself would make this anime a masterpiece. It is great to see such a young kid go through so many different obstacles just to see his father. I can't believe how much I love this anime. This is a must, must, must watch for every anime fan. |

I''s Pure (OAV) |
Weak |
This anime lacked many things. It lacked a strong main character with a clear decision. He was more like the loser frined with a better appearance on the outside. His friend who was ugly was doing more actions that were positive and charming for a woman to fall in love to. This anime also lacked drama. Just when you think the drama and the suspense would rise, it fell straight down. It was retarted. The main char(Seto), who often made ugly faces, almost despicable faces, like that of Basilisk characters, was bouncing from one girl to another girl based on what one girl thought of the other after seeing Seto's lost face. Seto should have just stick to one girl, it didn't matter really who, even though i would've chosen his childhood friend over the other girl, but nonetheless, he should have been more clear cut instead of hurting everyone, which ended up hurting himself the most. This anime because of all of these flaws also lost its serenity. It was seemingly going to be pure and nice from the title and the opening theme, but iin fact, it was the opposite. The anime was not pure and it was somewhat pale and its episodes/ plot/ events were disfuntional. |

After watching the anime comment: Wow , what a lovely series. I loved the way so many different relationships grew while progressing the plot. This was nicely written. Also, the entire feeling and atmospher was superb. The feeling of school, while also being the average romance, was just an awesome feeling to get. I'd rewatch this anime any day. |
Kino's Journey (TV) |
Excellent |
Kino's Journey is simply phenomenonal. The dull mood, the simple character designs, and the lavish backrounds extremely invigorates the style and feeling of the journey. It enhances the overall theme and makes you wonder about the anime and why it seems this way. Watching Kino travel with Hermes and seeing him live his life, or travel, helps one to understand culture, diversity, people, and the world a little more. The adult tone and kiddish characters remarkably makes this anime a wonder. |
Kodocha (TV) |
Very good |
I'm in like 23 eps, and the drama has fallen. THe story seems to go on and on. The characters are very young, but they have issues that are relatetable. ALso, this anime is very long, and it has nonstop filler eps, but that is not so bad. It is expected to have so many fillers after watch the first couple episodes. THe characters in this anime are fun and full of energy. THe main character, is also a very talented and gifted girl who is a promising actress. We pretty much go on a journey of the beginning of her steady life. |

This anime is a nice cute series with magicalism and drama. This series, in fact, has a lot of drama for a main character who is about ten years old. SHe wanders her mellow life with daily struggles. She is kind and warmhearted, and is a hopeful child. This series may seem bad, but it is not as bad as it seems. |

Nice characters with unique personalities. Mahoro is also something that I can't find the right words to describe with. I guess she is cute and entertaining, and she is extraordinarily strong and kind. The way she acts in a regular basis is also something I find quite interesting. |

Major (TV) |
Masterpiece |
Best Baseball anime ever. It is also very good with just basic drama, and romance and plain old character growth and involvement. This series is long, but it does not contain filler episodes. This is a long journey of Goro from age 3 or so, to a college year old professional baseball star. Personally, i loved the earlier episodes the most; watching Goro grow up was unparralel to any other Sports animes out there. |
Maria Watches Over Us (TV) |
Very good |
Boring, at first, but it picks up. The slow paced plot and the vibe that builds slowly and steadily, is really the way how the entire series is. It really is not as bad as it seems. I liked the growth of Yuko and her older sister. Although the romance is limited, it is good for what it is. |
Maria Watches Over Us 4th Season (TV) |
Good |
This is the fourth season of yuri female bonding. It is not so much fondling between the females that maeks this anime interesting, but it is the daily life that is intriguing. It was, for me, a fun watch to see Yumi try to find her little sister. Although, at times it got me impatient and annoyed by some of the characters' actions, overall this series was good. |

Uniquely created to overcome many other animes. All the episodes are ordered nonchronologically, which is so different that it is great. It has only 14 episodes. The script is also done masterfully. The way a boy named Kyon narrates the story is just amazing. And the ending is tremendously done. What more can you ask for? |
Michiko & Hatchin (TV) |
Masterpiece |
The character design and animation that comes hand to hand, are extraodrinary. I loved this series and even the storyline, which is bizarre, is still compelling enough to be a work of masterpiece. This anime is fun and i loved it. Michiko btw is one hot ass chick. Spanish girls are sexy. This anime is also like Bepop in terms of the relaxed flow of the lead characters. THe conflicts are also Bepop-esqque, meaning they are fun to watch as it prolongs, not heart trembling, but simply fun to watch.

Monster (TV) |
Masterpiece |
Dahm this anime is off the hook. It makes your brain go crazy after thinking so much (in a good way). Even though, it is a psychological thriller type of anime, it far surpasses many other animes. This anime has 74 episodes that all truly show how a spectacular doctor named Kenzoe Tenma lives his life after doing something that he believed was correct. In an act of courage, his belief of a true doctor, and going against the political fame of the hospital, Dr. Tenma deceives his director’s order. He deliberately does surgery on a boy who was brought in first instead of doing surgery on a particular Mayor. Even knowing that the director and the chief of the hospital can lower his position, Dr. Tenma does the ‘right’ action. What seems like a right action, later ends up being the worst possible action ever. The boy whom Dr. Tenma saves later becomes the key murderer that Dr. Tenma risks his life to go after and kill. In an attempt to kill this relentless boy/monster and or ‘find the real culprit’, Dr. Tenma and other characters go through many different events that will keep a fellow viewer guessing up until the last minute of this outstanding production. |
MoonPhase (TV) |
Decent |
The beginning is slow, and, I think, it was created for the sole purpose of being cute. There was some sort of an intro, but not quite interesting. The dramatic scenes pick the series up and make it slightly worthwhile to watch. It gets interesting to see the relationship and bond between Hazuki and Kouhei get more meaningful. Also, seeing the mysterious abilities of Kouhei unveil to a point where one may become slightly cautious, kept me watching until the end. |
Moribito - Guardian of the Spirit (TV) |

Naruto Shippūden (TV) |
Masterpiece |
There are no other series of anime that has the same intriguing storyline, the same interesting characters with such depth, and the animations and concept of the shinobis/ninjas. NAruto truly is a wonder and Kishi, the manga author, has created a blockbuster that has yet to be rivaled in the world of manga/anime.
Each character ha s a good story behind him or her. I also like the ninjutsus/gengitsus/and taigusus thats are within the anime. It is extremly captivating and a thirll to watch. Even though the anime has tons of fillers, it is what it is, i sitll like it becuase no other series can compare to it. Some like dbz and bleach may come close, but ultimately they are a different name with different characters and story. NAruto is one of a kind and that makes me love it.
This is the second season or in a simple idea, a continuation of the first. In this arc, NAruto is older and looks bigger. His personality is still the same, but he become stronger. And his goal to become hokage comes closer.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Episode 143: Latest as of 1/15/2010
8 tails not dead, he escaped, you guys don’t know anything beyond what you see huh? You are as stupid as Naruto.
8 tails escapes earlier in the fight, you can notice it, if you look closely.
In this fight Sasuke, yes, is testing his new abilities while also trying to establish an alliance with Akatsuki.
This battle slowly yet steadily is building up to the demise of Sasuke to a bitter point. He is slowly losing himself, and the only person who can bring him back and help return his sanity is Naruto.
Is it me, or are the quality of animation and fluidity getting better as Shippuuden prolongs? I remember NAruto at its beginning to be not as beautiful to watch, in an artistic point of view.
The motion seems extremely serene, especial in the beginning of the episode where there are images of clouds and mountainous terrain.
Sasuke also looks a bit awkward at the beginning of the battle, but it probably was an artistic choice. Sasuke also seemed a little extra gloomy. Usualy he does not show his sadness in his expressions, but this time he did.
It is sad to see fillers, but it shouldn’t be so bad.
I was looking forward to seeing Naruto attain Sage mode through training in the anime, and to feel the animations and witness the artwork, but it is going to be a long wait.
Also Pain vs NAruto should be the best battle, so you guys should wait.
This battle was okay, but i liked the Sasuke vs Itachi battle more and the Naruto vs Orochimaru battle in Shippuuden. During those battles, the animation was ridiculously enchanting.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are episodes in SHuppuden that get better as time prolongs and as the animation industry evolves. Naruto, is adapting to these changes extremely well, and episodes like 143 are simply spectacular to witness. |

These moves in NAruto are fun to watch. I don't are if everyone hates NAruto and the series for being so long and for cashing in so much money, but I still like it. Ending was very serene, not surprising, but very calm and nice, pretty much similar to the flow of the entire anime. I thought that this anime was awesome at first. I was tremendously intrigued by the plot and how a freshman named Ryoma Echizen is portrayed. The feeling of being into their unique world is unlike any other. Throughout the entire show I was interested, especially the final episode, which left me in awe. Actually, the last episode left me devastated and mixed with different thoughts all at once. I thought, in my mind, over and over again of how could an ending be so bad. The more time passed the more I realized that this anime was absurd and retarded. The creators of this anime left me waiting for no reason; and making me watch 175 episodes to end with a fallen hero made me even more sick to my stomach.
How could a boy’s life end so miserably if your school is replacing tennis with football? C’mon, he could have just gone to another school, or train somewhere else, instead of killing himself. However, even though this anime had a bad ending, it still had a hell of a plot, and that is something that nobody can make fun of. |

R.O.D -The TV- |
Excellent |
This anime is ‘phat.’ The main reason why I say this anime is pretty hot and tempting is because in the show there are amazing people that can transform paper into whatever they want in a mere second. This anime is about three paper using girls, at first, protecting a famous author. The author at that time is going through or having writer’s block. She cannot write any more books until she is able to meet a certain friend, who surprisingly can also manipulate paper into whatever she desires. After many hardships and battles, the crew meet up with the hiddin paper user. During the search the three paper users and the famous author were all being used by other big compaines in assiting them by finding missing or hidden books that can help control and change the world. When the crew gets bigger, more and more problems arose; they tend to get extremely dramatic, thilling, and most importantly uniquely interesting.
It’s really nice to see how all the problems get solved with a happy ending for everyone. |

This anime is fun to watch. It is an anime that has action, cute characters, and an ending that will surely make you smile, or feel happy. It starts with a boy named Jun, who isolates himself from the world, meeting a magical doll. Jun, in order to survive from the evil doll, becomes a servant of the magical doll. Soon after, couple of more dolls are in Jun’s house. Throughout the anime, Jun sees the dolls fighting in what they believe is their purpose of life. By the end, Jun realizes his purpose to life and why he shouldn’t run away from it anymore. So basically this anime is a heart warming show that tells you to live life. It says that life is a fight. |
Rumbling Hearts (TV) |

Man this anime is so good! If no other animes are able to create tears, then this one will. For every melancholy fan, this is a must see. |
Rune Soldier (TV) |
Very good |
Rurouni Kenshin (TV 1996) |
Excellent |
Rurouni Kenshin is a great anime to watch. Even though the anime drags a lot on the scenes, watching Kenshin is a thrill. |
Rurouni Kenshin: Reflection (OAV) |
Good |
Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal (OAV) |
Masterpiece |
The best OAV period. |
S-CRY-ed (TV) |
Very good |
Crazy action. |
SaiKano: Another Love Song (OAV) |
Decent |
Samurai 7 (TV) |
Very good |
Nice insane Samurai fighting action. The plot is quite interesting, and the characters, with their different personalities, really make this series higly reccomended. For those who get attached to characters, you'll probably have an emotion breakdown by the end of the anime. |
Samurai Champloo (TV) |
Excellent |
Samurai Champloo is one of my earliest viewed anime. It is great to watch the action with all the blood, gore, and other graphic violence. What kills this anime is the ending which is not funny at all. And you've gotta love the jappo-rappo Opening theme. |
Sasameki Koto (TV) |
Very good |
This is a yui genre anime. It has nice artwork, and i liked the colors. This series however, had a little excessive fan service, but the drama kicked in. However the ending was terrible and i didn't like it. But nonetheless, i was still satisfied wiht the entire series. |
School Days (TV) |
Masterpiece |
This anime, at first, seems to the average -cliched romance. I was, in fact, clued by the melancholic-romance atmosphere, but what truly made this series a wonder was how the main character did what he did. THe psychological aspect was beyond normal. ALso, i kinda fell in love with one of the girls in the anime, i forgot her name, but it was the girl whom the main character sat next to in his class. I felt sorry for her, but it is what it is. And everyone who has not seen this title, will know what i mean by the end. The boy in the end, shows how a human male can behave without the restrictions and invisible rules of society. |
School Rumble (TV) |
So-so |
This anime is ok. It is'nt quite logical, but its supposed to be a cute fun fun type of an anime. I did not like it a lot. I only watched it becuase I was bored. |
Scrapped Princess (TV) |
Very good |
Great plot and nice character designs. |
Serial Experiments Lain (TV) |
Very good |
Crazy. |
Shakugan no Shana (TV) |
Very good |
Shana is an absolute must watch. Not only is the action incredibly intense, but the plot is also so intense that I couldn't stop myself from watching more and more. Watching Yuji finding his love with Shana is also a blast and very intriguing. |
Shakugan no Shana Second (TV) |
Decent |
The second series was not good. IN the beginning there are endless filler episodes with ridiculous non-action, but only romance scenes that only make the main character look like a fool without a clear decision on whom he prefers. THis series went downhill, and ruined my image of the first series. I guess you can watch it becuase the action picks up and the music is valid, but I do not recommend it, it failed to my expectations. |
She, The Ultimate Weapon (TV) |
Very good |
Similar to Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu (OAV). See its comment. Basically same summary. This anime is more in depth and is longer. Maybe it contains a bit more drama and emotion. |
Shuffle! (TV) |
Very good |
This is a lovely anime everyone should watch. There are many different girls in the anime and its nice to see who the main character ends up being with. It really surprised me, and i think he chose the best one though:d |
Simoun (TV) |
Very good |
This is a sci-fi anime with very nice drawings and animations. Pretty odd/lesbianotic action occurs between the female characters, but its not too bad/extreme i think... |
Skip Beat! (TV) |
Excellent |
SKip Beat! may seem boring and like the average teenage drama/romance, but it is not. It really is a different kind of an anime. I loved every epsidoe of it, and the comedy, was cute and funny. It is not the young baby cuteness, that is fun to watch, but the little actions the main girl does that makes it bearable and cute. spoiler[Her beauty that emerges suddenly is also a good wait.]
It is not like Azumaih Diaoh or other childish anime. THis one is for i guess older teens/college students. It is relevant and interesting to me. |
Sola (TV) |
Very good |
Nice anime with romance/action/comedy. Really is nice and interesting to watch. Also had nice music. Very good, no i mean excellent. |
Spice and Wolf (TV) |
Excellent |
Hands down best anime during the winter season animes of 2008 during February. Might possibly be the best anime of 08, one can't tell. Extremely nice beginning and rising action. Very very nice. It not only has dramatic events that make one worried as shyt, intriguing romantic scenes, brilliant action, nice music, but also lovely lovable characters that make one eager to watch more. |
Spice and Wolf II (TV) |

Spiral (TV) |

Spirited Away (movie) |

Spirited Away is director Hayao Miyazaki's best movie. It is absolutely lovely without any flaws at all. |
Steins;Gate (TV) |

Stellvia (TV) |
So-so |
Great animation, wonderful characters, and smooth ending. |
Strawberry Panic! (TV) |
Excellent |
This anime seems like another Maria Watches Over Us (TV), but it is not. In fact, it is 150x better. The relationships are more in depth and they are able to create tear-jerking situations. I liked this anime, i really did. |
(The) Super Dimension Fortress Macross (TV) |
Very good |
Suzuka (TV) |
Excellent |
The is between Excellent and Masterpiece. A little closer to excellent because the last third of the series became boring and not as interesting as the first two-thirds. At first, I thought the beginning was phenomenol, and was about to rate it Masterpiece, but decided not to and I waited. I did the right thing because it turned out that the ending was crappy and the last third was just plainly below my expectations. I really had high hopes, but dahm...it really terribly falls apart. Anyways, this anime is great to watch as a romantic/comedy/sport/and an overall fun anime. |
Tales of the Abyss (TV) |
Very good |
Tears to Tiara (TV) |
Very good |
Texhnolyze (TV) |
Very good |
Awesome OP theme. |
Time of Eve (ONA) |
Excellent |
This anime has a feeling of its own and clearly distinguishes itself from all other anime. It really is a revolutionary feeling that is associated with this ONA. I thoroughly enjoyed the plot, the characters and the world concept. It was a different type of a feeling from an anime that i never expected to receive, which ultimately made me love this anime so much. |
Tohai Densetu Akagi -Yamini Maiorita Tensai- (TV) |
Good |
Similar to Kaiji. The drawing style is almost exact and the genre and story style. This anime is different yet interesting to watch to the end. It really draws a viewer into the action/plot. |
Tokimeki Memorial ~Only Love~ (TV) |
Decent |
This anime is , i forgot what its caled, those animes where the main charcter get beat up and chased a lot. Well yea, its one of those animes and its pretty wild and crazy/ and slowly ends with a boy loves girls scene. |
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 (TV) |
Masterpiece |
I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I was kinda depressed by the ending, but it was extremely good; i loved it. I love any series that can provoke emotions like Tokyo. This series is slow, but it steadily progresses the mind of a young girl. As she journey's through her way back home, she faces challenges with her brother. She is a kind a bright girl that is that of a typical teenager. Even though she faces harsh challenges, she still manages. The realism that is intertwined in the fiction is what truly makes this series a wonder. |
Touch (TV) |
Excellent |
Very similar to Crossgame in terms of romance and baseball, but this anime, just like Crossgame, is not as good as the anime Major. Major incorporates drama, baseball and romance much efficiently, and it is more interesting. |
Touch: Cross Road - Kaze no Yukue (special) |
Very good |
This is a special for the series. |
Trigun (TV) |
Excellent |
Great anime to have an adventure with. Watching Vash defeat his enemies and overcome many obstacles is a wonderful feeling. Missing this anime would be a sin for anime viewers. It has many qualities to be one's favorite anime, or at least, top 10. |
True Tears (TV) |
Very good |
Nice anime. This anime though is predictable, the predictions get questionable as the episodes progress. This was a nice anime in the winter season of 07 to 08. I saw this anime while watching Kimikiss Pure rouge and H20 foot prints and Spice and WOlf. This come in third after spice and wolf, kimikiss. This is a romacne anime with drama and several different event occurring together. |
Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations (OAV) |
Excellent |
Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE (TV) |
Decent |
Lovingly beautiful characters. Not only in appearance, but also in speach. |
(The) Twelve Kingdoms (TV) |
Decent |
I thought this show was bad and completely overrated. When I saw it, I wasn't too interested. I really didn't care about the history it represents, and personally I felt as if Youko was a weak character. She did not seem to have any of the qualifications to be the main character. I think, because of Youko, the story dragged a lot. She not only is ugly, but also a weak, dumb, lost girl. In addition, throughout the entire show, nothing interesting occurs. The anime seems to be a safe anime that just wants to make some bucks. The ending was the worst ever. It was worse than Berserk's ending. I don't see how people could possibly like it so much. The animations weren’t even that great. Moreover, I don't even remember if there was an intense climax. Most of it was predictable and to have an intense climax, there has to be a good amount of rising action; and in this anime there barely was any. Maybe you thought Youko was really going to fail and thought that she wasn't going to get any help, but that's just crazy thinking. The plot was like someone brainstorming with no clrea topic and having mixed thoughts. There wasn't a big important event occurring throughout the journey of Youko. This anime was a complete disappointment. |
Umineko - When They Cry (TV) |
Very good |
Vampire Princess Miyu (TV) |
Decent |
NOt a good anime. This is vampire-esqu and dark, but i don't like it. The story lacked and i could not become interested at all. |
(The) Vision of Escaflowne (TV) |
Excellent |
The entire journey of Hitomi is an incredible chain events that cannot get boring. It is a combination of all sorts of genre inside a small 26 episode anime. |
Voices of a Distant Star (OAV) |
Excellent |
This is a beautifully animated OAV. It has extremly gorgeous artwork. I also liked the characters and the plot. It was a fine watch. |
When They Cry - Higurashi (TV) |
Very good |
The big bushy hair annoys me now, but back when i previously watched the series, it was not bad. The opening intro theme is one of the best, and the ending theme is not bad as well, but this series, becuase of the character designs, i did not like it as much. However, the plot was captivating, and the motives for the characters were interesting to see. |
Whisper of the Heart (movie) |
Excellent |
I loved the romance of this movie. It really is different from other romance animes. This is is really fun to watch, just as the other masterful movies done by the same producer and director. |
White Album (TV) |
Excellent |
This anime surprised me on how good it actually was. I really like this anime and can't wait for its second season. A really well written story takes places where a boy tries to show and receive love from the gril he loves. She also tries, but becoming a top pop superstar is breaking them apart. It really is nice and i begun to care for the characters a lot towards the end. Not bad at all. |
Wind: A Breath of Heart (TV) |
So-so |
Witch Hunter Robin (TV) |
Good |
The first half of this anime is terrible. There are a constant amount of episodes that seem to repeat the same procedure with nothing occuring. However, after the midpoint, the action, drama, and eveything else begin to pick up. It becomes very intriguing and worth the wait. |
Wolf's Rain (TV) |
Very good |
Beautiful work of animation that clearly shows the transition of humans to wolves. It really is one that has to be viewed in order to comprehend the gracefulness. |
Wolf's Rain (OAV) |
Masterpiece |
Brilliantly done to conclude the TV series. Every episode builds up for the transcendent ending. |
Xam'd: Lost Memories (ONA) |
Good |
This anime will probably go on my top 10 or 5 list. It has streghts light Denno coil and eureka 7. Similar styles form all three. Also this anime has nice music, the ending song from eps 1-8 is one of the best.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It turned out not as good as i hoped it would be. |
You're Under Arrest (TV) |
So-so |
This series of female cops with a close bond, and a strong will to fight villains, is decent. I was bored after the first two episodes, but I can see a lot of people becoming a fan. This was not my type of an anime. |
Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files (TV) |
Excellent |
Zipang (TV) |
Excellent |
This is a dark anime that takes place in a ship. It slowly reveals internal struggles of a crew while trying to survive a voyage. It is interesting to see how human interactions take place. |
