Danbōru Senki/Little Battlers eXperience Games Get New TV Anime
posted on by Sarah Nelkin
The upcoming “Danbōru Senki/Inazuma Eleven GO – Fan Kansha'sai” (Little Battlers eXperience/Inazuma Eleven GO – Fan Appreciation Festival) event will hold an advance screening of the entire first episode of a new Danbōru Senki television anime on March 30. The event at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center will run alongside this year's Artemis/Holy Road Chōzetsu Game Tournament for both franchises.
The event's website also confirms that footage from the newest Inazuma Eleven GO game will be debut there. Level-5 president and CEO Akihiro Hino had teased in November that his company could announce the next Inazuma Eleven game and anime series at this event.
Musical groups T-Pistonz+KMC and Little Blue Box will perform a live concert. Attendance to the fan appreciation event is free for all fans.
The Inazuma Eleven anime projects adapt the soccer role-playing games of the same name, while the Danbōru Senki anime projects are inspired by the "near-future, plastic-model-building role-playing game." Level 5 (Dark Cloud, Rogue Galaxy, Professor Layton and the Curious Village) developed both titles. The two franchises' latest anime series, Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone and Danbōru Senki W, are currently airing in Japan. A Inazuma Eleven Go vs. Danbōru Senki W crossover film opened in Japan in December.
