Japan's Animation DVD Ranking, January 28-February 3

The standard edition of the manga-based live-action film Brave Hearts Umizaru dropped from #2 to #10 in its third week on the overall DVD chart. It sold 6,351 copies to add to its total of 52,674, while the premium edition fell from #11 to #24. It sold 1,526 more copies for a new total of 23,248. The limited Hero Kyōkai Nintei Kanzen-ban edition of 8-Ranger, KANJANI 8's sentai homage film, sold 5,289 more copies for a new total of 54,607. It dropped from #1 to #12 in its second week. The standard edition also dropped from #3 to #20. It added 2,922 copies to its total of 12,269.
The live-action film adaptation of the Rurouni Kenshin manga sold 1,640 standard-edition copies for a new total of 36,506. It dropped from #18 to #31 in its sixth week. The special edition of the live-action film adaptation of the Helter Skelter manga sold 1,284 more copies to add to its total of 38,687. It fell from #30 to #45 in its seventh week.
