Silver Spoon Inspires Smartphone Game

kayac, Inc. released the Pocket Rakunou ~Ōezo Nōgyō Kōkō Gin saji Koubaibu~ (Pocket Dairy Farm ~Oezo Agrigulctural High School Silver Spoon Store~) smartphone game for both iOS and Android devices inspired by Hiromu Arakawa's Silver Spoon manga and the upcoming anime adaptation. Kayak is also streaming a promotional video for the "dairy farm simulation game."

In the game players play as Yūgo Hachiken and his friends as they farm both food and animals. Players get to harvest, barter, process, and ship the food, and as players develop their farms, they can grow more types of food and animals. Players get points for shipping out food, and can then use those points to expand their farm and processing rooms.

Aniplex of America has licensed the Silver Spoon anime, and Crunchyroll will stream the series as it airs. The anime will premiere in Japan on July 11.
