Naruto, Hyouka Posters Offered to Blood Donors
posted on by Sarah Nelkin
Naruto Shippūden is collaborating with the Japanese Red Cross Society by reaching out to those in their teens and 20s. All who donate blood will receive a Naruto Shippūden wall poster featuring Naruto, Minato, Kakashi, Sarutobi, and Jiraiya. Donors will also receive either a Naruto note pad, or a mug of Naruto or Minato.
In related news, the Gifu Prefecture Red Cross Society's blood bank began a campaign on Friday that offers Hyōka-themed posters and clear files to those who donate blood between Friday and March 31. Takayama City in Gifu Prefecture, the place where Hyōka's story is staged, is currently broadcasting the show at 1:30 a.m. every Sunday on the Gifu Chan TV channel.
The B2-sized poster has an illustration of the show's characters and the words, “We're interested in blood donations!” (a parody off of heroine Eru's catchphrase). Those who come in groups of more than two will also receive a clear folder for a limited time.
