Samurai & Dragons' New Promo Movie Streamed
posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins
Sega began streaming a new promotional video on Sunday for its Samurai & Dragons action game.
The game will be available to download for free on the PlayStation Network on March 29. Sega will also release the game physically on April 26 for 3,990 yen (about US$52). Players will be able to purchase extra content and items from within the game.
Masayoshi Kikuchi (Yakuza games), Samurai & Dragons's chief producer, stated that the concept was a game with goblins, dragons, ninja, and samurai. The game features an action part in which four players can seek out and fight monsters prowling in a dungeon. Clearing the final floor and defeating the boss monster will earn equipment items and magical beast cards that can be used in the card battle part. Back in town (which serves as each player's base of operations), the players can engage in card battles to expand their territories. They can also form alliances with each other.
The Gamer.ne.jp website previously streamed an introduction video for the game in December.
