Plot Summary:
A mysterious masked biker has arrived in Sapporo, creating havoc with the local motorcycle gangs & police with his destructive antics before being given the moniker "Samurider" due to his armor, helmet, & usage of a katana. Before all of this, though, high school student Masao Mori happened to see an encounter between Samurider & another masked biker, noticing a scar under Samurider's eye. The next day a new transfer student arrives at Masao's school, Tetsuro Sawamura... and Masao notices that Sawamura also has a scar under his eye. This marks the start of Masao finding himself getting involved with the war between Samurider & the biker gangs, not to mention Masao also having a beef with Samurider, as he was responsible for breaking Masao's own motorcycle.
