The visuals look nice, even if the animation is kind of stiff.
That being said, it's very hard to get excited about any Lord of the Rings spinoff at this point which legally cannot use The Silmarillion as a source. At that point it's not LOTR anymore. They did LOTR and won all the Oscars. They did The Hobbit. I get rights retention, but it just feels...off. |
