I've said this before, but it bears saying again- it's a total shame that one of the worst releases ever done in the US Anime industry, by a company that fought all the odds and stereotypes against them to become one of the better US companies, is doing so insanely well.

On the other hand, this is a perfect sign for me to simply move on and stop giving a crap about any SJ property.

Anything that's aired on [AS]/CN so with that we can say probably Naruto, Bleach, FMA, and so and so fourth. I mean I'd like to think that people are buying Le Chevalier D'eon but I just don't it's happen as frequently as shows airing on tv.

As much as I wanted to own the entire first and second seasons on DVDs that also contain the subbed version, I refrained from buying this pathetic release -as a DBZ fan I wouldn't have minded paying extra cash if it meant getting the series in its entirety and I'm sure many other disappointed fans feel the same way that I do.

I don't know why the hell FUNimation always screw with this series though it's the most popular one they have and now that this boxset has done so well, I fear that the company will carry on with their bastardization plans for the rest of the series.

You could blame it on AS/CN and their habit of airing the most mainstream of stuff. I think AS should start airing Twelve Kingdoms so that Inuyasha fans would finally get the chance to see a fantasy series that's done well and a heroine that doesn't bitch and whine for like 90% of the screentime that she gets.
