If they get Muzzy videos in Canada, then there's no problem. I saw a commercial for those the other day. I didn't know they were still being sold. Those... and Zoobooks, who appear to have been running the same advertisement since 1993... but I digress. This week's bilingualism was a funny addition. ^^

Funny thing is, YTV doesn't have a French feed.

It was all in good humour, but if you want to take it all literally, I'd say every one of us Canadians should know at least enough French to get the gist of those write-ups. It is after all our other official language ....

I didenough french in school to get a fair mark, after that I just left it. I barely know any french, which is kind of sad, but it doesn't really bother me.

Tonight will be special on Cartoon Network as the Toonami block is airing for the final time.

Wait...WHAT!? They're getting rid of Toonami? When did they announce this?

They announced it earlier today at a convention in Atlanta. The final message from Tom was pretty depressing, but it ended with a cool Cowboy Bebop reference.
On the plus side, Starz finally gets to put Hellsing Ultimate #4 on like they originally intended.

Oh cool! So when is it on Starz!?
Also, my thought was typical Cartoon Network. Make a major programming announcment less than 24 hours before you do it .

They had to know at least a few days ahead of time though, since they had to get Steve Blum in the studio to dub out a farewell, then lip-sync it up with the animation. I don't know how they do it though, so it could be anywhere from a few days to a week or more ahead of time.
I do wonder if the "Bang" was a kudos from Blum, or if it was written in his script by the Toonami writers(which can't be too hard a job).

*GRUMBLE* I knew that after last week's shenanigans I should've hit ANN mid-afternoon, and thus setup that slot for recording, but noooooooo. Then again, I actually watched (most of) Jack and don't remember anything special ... damn, didn't know to go back and check.
Hmm, will need to record HU #4 on the off chance I ever watch 1-3 before getting 4.

Considering bebop wasn't on toonami I'd say blum did it himself. I personally don't think that the last TOM was worth his cool spike voice though he should have used his leeron voice for that thing and then switched to his cool voice when he said bang.

Williams Street runs both Toonami and Adult Swim though, and AS/WS has always loved its Bebop, so it could've been them. Likely had to be, since WS would have final approval on what Blum says.
Come to think of it, has Blum ever talked about voicing TOM? You see him asked about Spike Spiegel at cons all the time, but never TOM. He's been voicing TOM for the better part of the entire run, so it is pretty much his baby.
