I was in KFC saturday night and i saw the words "Sky
High" in the artwork on the wall and immediately what came to mind was Tiger and Bunny! Just wondering if anyone else had any similar experiences like mine. |

Winter reminds me of Clannad, Kanon, and The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya.
Winter is my favorite season. I always feel good during the winter, and nostalgic (in the good way, not the depressing way). I feel rather "shut off" during the other seasons. |

One is often reminded of the R1 cover illustration for Macross Plus upon gazing at vapour trails propagating through clear skies. The same can be said of wind farms.

Lupin from Harry Potter always makes me think of Lupin the anime. hah.
Cicadas chirping is such a staple in summertime anime that I can't hear them in real life without thinking of anime. My city's crosswalks always sort of feel incomplete without some awkward jingle playing. |

Whenever a Nissan car commercial comes on, and they say Nissan, I instinctively say "Oniiiiii-saaaan"? Out loud. Every time. It comes from watching all that fanservice anime with the cute little imouto.

Whenever I see a spider web, it reminds me of the episode in XXXHolic where Domeki loses his eye due to breaking a spider web. Because of this, I try and keep my distance from them.

Sometimes I see products that remind me of anime. Like yesterday I noticed some long drinks labeled "Sun Rise". I was mightily tempted to purchase a few.

Pizza Hut reminds me of Code Geass, and Batman of Hei from Darker Than Black. Lab coats of Steins Gate, and so on.

Every single living organism currently known to mankind reminds me of a Pokemon. And those organisms without a corresponding Pokemon variety (for example, a panda), will without a doubt, one day have a Pokemon alter ego.

Around the corner from where I live is the shopfront office of a company called Fratello Projects Pty Ltd. According to the window they do urban design, project development and town planning. I've never seen anyone in there and they don't have a webpage (although the name is referenced on some sites). I like to imagine that it's the Australian equivalent of the Social Welfare Agency and that within those walls dubious men and their cyborg girls plot the downfall of various Australian terrorist organisations. (If those pesky Queenslanders up north want to set up their own republic, good riddance I say.)

Corgi's remind me of cowboy bebop. Surprised that one hasn't been mentioned yet. I've always been more of a cat person, but if I was going to get a dog it would be a corgi.
