Wonder if they'll bring back Donna Burke and Kevin England, having foreigner VAs was just so unique and made the series great.

If I remember correctly this takes place before Nanoha of her makes her big move to Mid-Childa, after the Book Of Darkness investigation, while she's in high school. So if Vivio is in this production, it's pretty much a guaranteed cameo. The audio dramas based on this are going to be fun.
I have no idea what they're going to do on the English dub end of things, but it would be nice to have them back if only because it was something different. |

I don't think Vivio will appear as she started in StrikerS at age 6 which means she is 0 at most in EXCEEDS

Well, OK. If it's before StrikerS, then probably not anything more than a cameo, if anything. Though, I will be honest and say that I have not heard or read of such a timeline detail before. |

We learned about the timeline details from the previous announcement animenewsnetwork.com/news/2024-12-28/brand-new-magical-girl-lyrical-nanoha-anime-formally-launches/.219573 , EXCEEDS is 4 years after A's, Nanoha is now 13, and she is 19 in StrikerS's anime in which Vivio is 6.

I don't know about Kevin England, btlut gven Donna Burke still lives and works in Japan, I don't see any reason why Raising Heart's voice wouldn't be back. For those Nanoha fans who haven't been to Japan and ridden the Tokaido/Sanyo/Kyushu Shinkansen lines, let me tell you, its quite a surprise that first time you hear Donna Burke's voice welcome you to the Shinkansen. |
