Celebrating 20 Years of Masaaki Yuasa's Mind Game: A Rare Animation Exhibition

Alhambra, CA – In 2004, visionary director Masaaki Yuasa introduced the world to Mind Game, a groundbreaking, genre-defying masterpiece of animation. Now, two decades later, animation enthusiasts and collectors alike have the unique opportunity to celebrate the film's 20th Anniversary with an extraordinary exhibition showcasing rare original animation drawings and stunning background paintings.

This exclusive exhibition will take place from April 5 to April 13 at 210 East Main St., Alhambra, CA 91801, with free admission for all ages and no RSVP required. For those unable to attend in person, the artwork will also be viewable online starting April 6 at 12:01 AM. Additionally, collectors seeking early access to an online pre-sale of the exhibition on April 4 can sign up through the event's Patreon. Each piece of artwork will include a certificate of authenticity, ensuring its place in animation history.

Kickstarting the celebration is an Opening Reception on April 5 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM PT. Visitors will have the rare chance to experience original production sakuga drawings on display and available for purchase.
