Holy sh** 18% of ALL employees had unwanted sexual contact? That’s insane.

If Fuji TV hopes to weather this crisis, they need to do a lot and fast. They need to hire an outside neutral auditor who can come in and have access to everything and everyone to determine exactly what all has been transpiring, who knows about things, and for how long. Then, the company needs to fire every board member, every C-suite executive, everyone in HR, and every manager elsewhere in the company who had been told about these issues yet didn’t do anything. Then bring in someone who can actively work to change and improve company culture while ensuring that employees are trained appropriately, protected against harassment, and are all treated respectfully. It’s a very tall order and will take many years to complete, but it’s the only way I can imagine Fuji TV retaining the company. Otherwise they can possibly become a subsidiary of another company or be bought and broken up and dissolved as necessary. The people who will lose in all this is the victims and the employees who have done nothing wrong.

Well, at least that's some progress for Fuji TV, and one that is understandable at the height of the scandal.

"...and 51% said sighing and sulky attitudes made them feel uncomfortable".

I feel that I'm missing something here as that doesn't appear to be same type of behavior as the remainder of the list.
