This anime sounds too terrible for me to even waste 1 episode on. I use to never do this. I use to give them at least 3-4 episodes. But after 1000 series of crap I just wonder how these shows still get made.

It'll be censored, even the condoms were censored in non-AT-X versions, wtf, that's the last thing you censor, you are supposed to encourage safe sex not discourage it.

So the uncensored version did have nudity and condoms showing in it.
Is this a first for Crunchyroll? Is this the start of a trend? I have to wonder if they aren't using this series as a test case. I actually like the idea of them posting both censored and uncensored versions, with the uncensored version only available to premium subscribers. |

My favorite episode of Golden boy is uncensored on Crunchyroll: Episode 5 - B@!!$ to the Wall! Don't know how the titled got censored though, since it's more of a technical term that pilots use. |

There's a difference between a "catalog title" and a "simulcast title" however. Catalog titles tend to be uncensored versions depending on the materials the sub-licensing company has. Such as, when CR announced Samurai Bride as a simulcast, they also sub-licensed Samurai Girls from Sentai as a catalog title, which they were supplied the uncensored version of Samurai Girls. However, since Samurai Bride was a simulcast, they were supplied TV censored masters as the series was coming out. Golden Boy is a catalog title supplied to them via Discotek Media. |
