Is it permitted in the rules within any forum under this site to ask the location where one might procure a particular anime episode for free?

Only if there's a legal way to get said anime episode for free.

And if it were, it would not be this section of the forum. As this part of the forum is dedicated towards 'Talking back' - as in discussing the columns or articles posted on ANN.

If you do want to procure some illegal anime however, I suggest you look elsewhere. This site has strict rules and is not the place to ask for suggestions on torrents etc.

If you're talking about fansubs or pirated copies, No.

If you want to find a legally streaming version, then yes.

Before asking further questions about the rules, you should read them.
