watched the preview disc in newtype.

So far I like it, it has the same dual sided main character in the style of the battousai and kenshin which makes kyoshiro interesting. Did that make sense?

kyoshiro is hilarious.

samurai deeper kyo was a decent series.....it can drag on at some points but overall had some cool action and brief excerpts of historical events....

I haven't yet gotten far enough into it to see the "darg-on" parts, although I do notice alot of filler.

I see it a typical samurai/demon anime. The animation is good, reminds me of Inuysha for some reason, which is probably the most filler-filled series I've ever seen.
