Is MAGI the one who's always naked in the Akamatsu profiles or is that another assistant? I forget where I read Akamatsu mentioning that assistant, but MAGI sounds familiar in that sense.

IIRC Ran Ayanaga designed Yue Ayase (of Negima) for Akamatsu. Just compare Yue Ayase and Hisami "Hisa-chan" Shiishi (of ROD TV):
