I'm getting "500 - Internal Service Error" from the fast server. www works when it's not trying to redirect me to fast.
Just wanted to bring this to someone's attention. |

Have had similar issues as well. Winded up having to get onto the UK server of the ANN site just to get in here.

Whew, I was finally able to get around the automatic fast server redirect. It took awhile though because I wasn't exactly certain how to do it. I eventually got to my subscription page - animenewsnetwork.com/my/subscription/ - and turned off the "Redirect to subscription server" option.
Just putting this here in case any other subscribers are having the same issues and don't know how to get around it. I cleared my internet cache before that - I'm not certain if that had any effect or not (probably not, but might as well mention it). |

The fast server seems to be working again now, so thank you to whoever fixed it.

When the fast server is not working, it's supposed to work like this:
1) go to www, redirect to fast, fails to connect 2) go to www again, server realizes last redirection failed, does not redirect to fast for 1 hour Did it not work like that? |

Dan: Yes, that was how it worked. I had an extra step because I have the fast server bookmarked.
1) go to fast, fails to connect. 2) go to www, redirect to fast, fails to connect 3) go to www again, does not redirect. |
