well I just ordered please teacher from netflix along with the first disk of please twins, but for some reason i didn't get the last dvd of please teacher but will it affect watching please twins in anyway all I need is a quick yes or no if anyone happens to know?

I saw Onegai Twins without ever having seen (and still having not seen) Onegai Teacher, and I followed it just fine. Both series cover two completely independent stories that just happen to take place in the same setting with a handful of overlapping characters (Ichigo, Mizuho, etc.).
Basically, you're fine. |

The only problem that I can see with watching Please Twins! before watching all of Please Teacher! is, well, watching it at all.

Me and one friend had watched both series, and then brought Onegai Twins to our anime night to fill a gap after some show ended (FMA I think), so the other three people hadn't seen Onegai Teacher, but they had no problem with the show. The only problem you might have is that it "spoils" the ending of OT, since all of those characters make "one year later" cameos, and Mizuho is a standard character, but really you can kind of guess how that turns out anyways.

thanks i would just watch it anyways to see some of the old charactors but i didn't think it would be as good as please teacher anyways since that was such an original story line.

Okay, before watching Please Twins, you've got to watch Please Teacher. Please Teacher is an anime series before Please Twins. I have found both, Please Teacher and Please Twins a really good anime. Its extreamly funny, and it does have hentei in it. I think this anime meant for older viewers.

where? In OTeacher there was that OVA eps that was a bit hentai-ish but i can't recall to be some sort of scene like that in Twins? |

I'd say anjana90 has a little confusion between ecchi and hentai. 
Both girls have spoiler[buried their heads (IIRC once by both and once by Karen only) in Maiku's groin]. Very suggestive, but nothing happens. |
