Legal, free and anime that isn't just for one crowd of people, that is pretty awesome. I've been meaning to check out School Rumble, so now I might be able to slightly faster than I thought.
Great work Justin and whoever else is involved in this project.

I'm excited about this. I've wanted to check out Rumbling Hearts so this is a good chance. I'm also always happy if there are more chances for people to see Code Geass.

You could do the same thing -- just create a website and embed the Joost videos. Nothing to it.

Don't trivialize what they are doing. Getting permission to legally stream all of this is very impressive and I'm sure Justin is working very hard on it.
I personally can't wait for more Japanese companies to get on board with this.

Knowing that these free, legal anime options exist is half the battle.
Got to get the word out about them.

Just the fact that Justin is putting a ton of time and energy is enough for me. There aren't any draw backs from this, so why make a site when I can clearly watch legal and free anime here. To have legal anime on a trust worthy site is truly a step in the right direction.
Again, I am truly happy with the selection and the fact this is completely legal.

Yeah, pretty much. Streaming is great for most people, because it'll probably be the same quality they'd be use to if they went to other streaming sites. It's actually surprising how many people I run into who don't know how to work torrents, much less IRC, FTP, DDL and other things. But for those of us who do, streaming just seems weak to us.

With all the stuff you have been adding lately, do you guys know how much traffic the site or streaming has been getting?

Actually, you can't. Some of the Joost shows we have can't be embedded without special permission.

I still like the idea of legal anime streaming very much, but:
1) There are only 9 series when I access that site and around 52 series when I use an US proxy. That's some heavy region restriction!
2) I also agree that video quality is bad. Free HD streams are already possible (look at YouTube). Or does anyone remember Stage6? If you're used to high quality or even HD videos, standard streaming quality is no fun at all.
3) I know, some people will hate me for that opinion, but: There are way too many dubs on that list!
