I always like to know a) what people enjoy and b) what they think is particularly cool.
My favorite thing is a narrow tie between the CLAMP Newtype [white] that I got in an issue of Newtype that I bought a couple years ago, and the Fullmetal Alchemist Playing Cards that I got with the Japanese edition of FMA 13.
Why so narrow?
The CLAMP Newtype [white] has a lot of really pretty pictures and I still enjoy looking at it.
On the other hand, the FMA playing cards are just awesome and hilarious. It is so fun to pull them out and my anime loving friends are like, "!!!!"

Well...can't manga-related stuff be called anime-related stuff and vice-versa? Dunno. This might should be in retail.
The only thing I own that I consider more manga-related than anime is my Fruits Basket Shigure puppy plushiiiiiiiie!
He gives me warm-fuzzies around bedtime, and when I brought him to school one day, EVERYONE was giving him hugs. A lot of girls said they felt a little dirty loving on him because Shigure is, well, Shigure.

MOICHENDIZING! Where the real money from the manga is made.
Not sure if you mean any merchandise or just ones that came with manga.
As for pcked in stuff, I picked up a next Sabre bust with a fate/stay night manga I got in Japan.
I bought it separately, but I have some Genshiken busts that came with an issue of the manga magazine it's in. And I do mean busts. Ohno's has a spring and bounces.
I also got some small berserker armor Berserk figures that I believe originally came with a special edition of Young Animal magazine.
As for general anime merchandise.. well, it's covering just about every shelf in my room.
I guess some highlights are the berserker Seras from Hellsing figure, a Kia Asamiya designed Batman, Yotsuba and Danboard, and the first three obscure Blame! figures I got at a local Japanese bookstore before they moved.

i think the coolest manga-related merchandise i own would have to be... ah, these cards that came with the card captor sakura manga, collectable but i think they're out of print now. also this art book i got about gakuen alice. if only it was in english, i would be able to understand.
well, these are important to me because i was at one time a huge fan of these two series. and they're collectibles and i collect. xD

Well, I got a Deathnote cardboard thingy that was used in the Waldenbooks to display Viz manga for a while. I noticed they were gonna toss it and commented it, so they just gave it to me. I also got an FMA cardboard thingy for the DVDs. I am unaware of its origins, one of my freinds gave it to me.
I also have a Mario Kart DS full display stand, its cool looking, even if its not anime, and a Dragon Quest 8 display piece. Sure, they're game related, but I play a lot of games too.
