Okay, that is frightening... I didn't realize at first that it wasn't just a poseable doll. Somebody has taken costuming to a very strange and odd level. Anybody else look at the Sabrinow2? That's just disturbing.

This is known as "Kigurumi", and isn't so 'scary' if you stop and think about HOW it works.
In effect, it is just cosplay with one additional feature -- a mask.. because (as you may or may not have noticed) the human head does not match up very well with the anime head. |

If I remember right, Sabrinow 2 IS a guy. If not, she's got some really manly shoulders.
But then it's been a while since I last watched it (like...months...), so I could be wrong. |

Gee, if only I had more spare time, I'd do something equally creepy and unproductive. Then forum-goers the world over would be frightened by me too.
Could be one of those female body builders that you see on ESPN2. In either case, I prefer to keep several miles between those kinds of people. Never know what they're capable of... |

I think the person on the webcam is a guy. However, if you look at the pictures in the gallery, there are many different people. Some are guys...some are girls...
There are some angles that let you know that it's a guy and not a girl on some pics...*twitch* |

I was exposed to this a few months ago, and the scars have not healed. This cannot, and I mean it, be a sign of something good. I'm no psychologist (I decided to dodge that bullet in favor of linguistics), but I think the term is either, "arrested development," or, "you're f**ked up." The latter being technical.

Kigurumi cosplayers are men. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble
 Well, I suppose that the professional ones that put on shows at amusement parks and stuff can be men or women, but among cosplayers, kigurmi are traditionally men.
In anycase, it is pretty creepy, but I can at least tell as a cosplayer they put a lot of work and money into it. They creeped me out a lot at first, but I guess now I'm used to them a bit more. The masks can look very cute in photos, but I think in real life they might be a little freaky cause they don't blink or move or anything...! (Or would that be creepier?? )

Several of those pictures show multiple people. I hadn't seen the webcam at that point, only some of the first and second group of pictures (before belldandy). Well, some of those guys have some nice womanly features. I guess if they keep the masks on I wont know the difference, right? (Well, for the most part).
