hey what about [This URL is a known bootlegging website] i ordered from the m on the 15th of december and i only gotten my bleach poster and my kenshin poster im still waiting for my kenshin bag and my naruto manga vol 27
so i want to try a different store right stuf anime castle or racs |

Unfortunately, the website you provided got censored so I can't give any info about it. I have ordered many times from Right Stuf and they are trusty. I absolutely recommend them. I haven't heard many reviews about Anime Castle, bad or good. Their lack of good discounts is undesirable for me. Below is a short review about them.
I haven't shopped at RACS yet but there are many positive recommendations about them. I would consider it safe to shop with them. Another online store I would recommend to you is Anime Nation. I have personally shopped with them a couple times. They are very responsive if you ever need to contact their customer service. |

Although I have never shopped at Anime Castle, I can confirm that they do indeed sell bootleg goods. In the music section, on every CD's product page, they list the publisher. Quite a few of them are from Son May and other known bootleggers. So I would say that on that basis alone Anime Castle is not a good place to shop; regardless of whether or not they have good service. |

I'm including links of the shipping section from reliable anime online stores known. Unfortunately most of them do not explain in details about shipping to APO. From what I'm reading, the sites below do not charge extra for shipping to APO. Anime Nation I have shopped with them. They have free shipping for order over $75 but I'm not sure if it's applicable for APO shipping. You can ask them for more details. Their customer service is top notch. RACS I haven't shopped from them personally but they have received a lot of good reviews. TRSI I have shopped with them. They have free shipping for order over $49 but I'm not sure if it's applicable for APO shipping. You can ask them for more details. Their customer service is also top notch. Deep Discount I have shopped with them. They have free shipping for every order shipped with their standard shipping regardless the number of items or price but I'm not sure if it's applicable for APO shipping. You can ask them for more details. Their customer service is okay. I encountered some inconveniences ordering from them but most of the problems are solved. |

APO addresses are treated as domestic addresses, so free shipping would apply at the normal level. |

My ex-girlfriend ordered me Bleach 11-15 from there because she said it was the cheapest price she found online for manga. Later, she said it was late at night and she just got tired of looking elsewhere so ordered them from there. She also bought me some anime series' but they ended up being bootleg. I don't know for sure if she bought the anime from there but she did buy the manga for sure. We had a really bad break-up so I can't ask her now. After a quick glance through their site, they seem to carry only legit copies so I'm positive now she didn't purchase them there. But as for being a legit site, they are. |

Maybe I've just been really lucky here, but I've never had any major issues with Deep Discount. All of my orders have arrived promptly and undamaged. The only problem I had was the one time I preordered with them they canceled my order without properly notifying me, but they didn't charge my card, so once I called customer service and found out what happened (something to do with shipping to an address other than my billing address and missing an email or phone call from them) I was fine with it. I order most of my anime here .
Right Stuf is my second source of anime. I don't buy there unless there's a sale going on or the item I want is in the bargain bin since DDD is almost always cheaper than their normal prices, but I've got some great deals there. I've had more issues getting damaged discs from TRSI than other places, but they have great customer service. |

MY first package the keychain and manga they shipped it with a hard box with no bubble wrap but it was still in excellent condition
my 2nd item thry shipped it in a bag like thing but it still was in good condition |

I ordered from tfaw.com once before and believe I mentioned them in a previous reply. My experience with them was pretty good and I ordered from them because they had the lowest price on the Haibane Renmei boxset at that time. I got my shipment fast and it was well packaged and arrived unscathed. The major downside to the site is they're not specifically anime and their stock is kind of hit or miss. They can have good deals if they have what you're looking for, but that can be a bit iffy.
I just this past week ordered a PVC figure from RACS and it is my first time ordering from them. I must say I couldn't be happier with their service. I ordered it on Friday and got the confirmation e-mail that it shipped on Monday. This morning, the following Wednesday, it arrived via USPS. I didn't request expedited shipping or anything, I am quite pleased with the turn around time on the order. It arrived in a box far larger than the product and it was very well packed. My only complaint is that the USPS' packing site never showed me any information about its progress, not even the night before it arrived. Not really an issue with RACS themselves though. I'd happily use them again and would recommend them to others as well. |
