There must have been a fan of the show at Seven Seas pushing for this. Even though it's content was obscure (like the real life modern Japanese historical inspirations for the episodes and lots of other references), Concrete Revolutio was way too underloved by fandom in general, and any licensor taking a chance on anything related to it, like in this case, is a blessing.

Definite buy.
