Hi there! New user here and I could use some help. I'm trying to decide if I should buy Sorcerer Hunters, Gokudo or Orphen. I'm not sure witch is better, Little help please? Confused

I've only seen orphen and I thought that it was just an okay anime series...if you can find it cheap, I'd say go for it, but I've bought it, watched it once, and prolly won't watch it again...

I've read a little of both, and I have to say I enjoyed the Sorcerer Hunters manga better then the Orphen one.

I've seen all three, and IMHO Sorcerer Hunters is your best bet. Gokudo is not for everyone, only those looking for an ***hole for a main character. Orphen isn't for everyone either, that one's for fantasy and RPG fans.

Sorcerer Hunters is the best. Gokudo was better than I expected (A-hole or not) and I do recomend it, just not as much as SH. I thought Orphen was stupid. I like fantasy stories, but Orphen was just really boring to me.
If you are looking for an anime based on an RPG, I recomend Arc the Lad. (I also enjoyed Final Fantasty: Legend of the Crystals, but I haven't found anyone else who has so I won't recomend it Laughing

Well, I don't remember Orphen. The only exposure I had was a few years ago at an anime screening, so I can't help you there. As for Gokudo, it did look interesting, but I really enjoy the humor of Sorcerer Hunters. So, out of those three, try Sorcerer.

Go with Sorcerer Hunters, it's a modern classic and doesn't disapoint. It's also realativly cheap now, you can get the whole TV series (26 eps) on only 4 DVDs.
