Probably good news for Death Note fans, and continuing bad news for Battle Angel fans.

Iron Man 3, that's all I have to know. Whatever you direct, it can't get better than half a written page. Wait, unless it wasn't your idea to change the villain of Iron Man 3.

Hey, Cameron, Battle Angel makes Duke Nukem Forever look timely.

Wow. Haven't heard anything new about the live action DN in a long time. I thought it was dropped.

At least two. And I think we already have a bullshit workaround for why "nuke them from orbit" isn't a viable option in Avatar 2, which would have my first course of action against the stupid tall smurfs.
Unless, the story doesn't involve humanity anymore and it's all about Pandora and Na'vi.

With the great environmental disturbance, the planet suddenly spews forth unknown particles that somehow render nuclear fission (among others) useless.
Anyways, Avatar sold well, so what do we expect.

I wonder if Fox is still doing that live-action Cowboy Bebop.
I'm hoping not!
Just watch Space Truckers and a few John Woo films. You'll get the same effect, but with more Steven Dorff!

Yay more live action Fern Gully! j/k I don't know why he is constantly putting it on the back burner.

I really don't quite understand what the problem was with this. But whatever the movie was solid. Shane Black is pretty awesome, I don't care at all about Death Note, but I sure hope he gets on this movie sometime.
I hope all these live action Hollywood movies get made.

The real question is this: if the movie gets made, will Death Note get a repeat run on Toonami a la Eureka 7 to get fans of the series into the movie?

Y'know I'd say something real mean right about now, but I'll be an adult here and keep it to myself about a certain director and a certain film that "said" director was going work on.
Now as for the Death Note movie was curious to know how this was coming along. But 2015 is a long time to wait. But at least we'll have Old Boy.

Solid is what you look for in movies? You weirdo. I want action, excitement, innovation and all that other crap that means to be lively! Not some dead boring 1950 junk. Not that 1950 had that much junk, but it's a good way to express your deprived mentality.
Iron Man 3 sucked. Gatsby was so much better with less budget. Iron Man was just your very generic action flick with high budget, meh. How dare you marvel fans criticize Batman. The new Spider Man was pretty good.

What the hell are you talking about?
I have no idea what the heck the first part of your post is saying, but I find it hard to take it seriously when you cite wanting innovation and then say the new Spiderman movie was good.
You claim iron Man 3 was generic, but how? It's a superhero movie where the actual non-hero identity is who's the star. That in itself is completely different then most super hero movies where the hero, is cool and the identity boring.
Beyond that it's a movie that subverts many troupes from it's use of the little kid to it's villian. Generic is a pretty poor argument to make.
Especially when you cite the by the numbers Spiderman movie where Peter Parker is presented as a bland mess. Nerd, hipster, whatever the script calls for at the time with no consistency and villain launching the same attack that's been done in millions of Superhero movies.
And I don't know what the heck Batman has to do with this.
And no Gatsby was a pretty awful movie complete with nonsensical changes and terrible characterizations.

I can't help but laugh, sorry. Oh god, bring a thousand technical crap and just a few entertaining ones will beat it.
Iron Man was a 6 or at best 7 out of 10 movie. Live with it.
Your damn godlike armoured eccentric millionaire sucks. Well, not so much naturally, but then nerds like you appeared.
Now I dislike them less, like you're obstacles. Thank you very much for doing it to me.
