Anime Milwaukee Welcomes Nobuo Uematsu!
MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- November 28th, 2012. Anime Milwaukee welcomes special guest Nobuo Uematsu! Uematsu is the world-renowned composer of the Final Fantasy video game soundtracks. He is also the guest composer of the Distant Worlds concert, occurring the day before Anime Milwaukee, on Thursday, February 14th. Pre-registered Anime Milwaukee attendees will be offered a discount to the Distant Worlds concert. The Distant Worlds concert features a symphony orchestra, a choir, and renowned soloists.
Anime Milwaukee is also excited to welcome the following guests:
Alexis Tipton (voice actress) - known for her lead roles in Baka and Test, Sekirei, Rosario + Vampire, Blood-C, and Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos.
Todd Haberkorn (voice actor) - known for his lead roles in Sgt. Frog, Claymore, Holic, D. Gray Man, Soul Eater, Suzuka, and Ghost Hunt.
Chris Cason (voice actor) - known for his lead roles in Dragon Ball Z, Fullmetal Alchemist, Hetalia - Axis Powers. His works have been featured on major networks.
Trevor Mueller (webcomic creator) - created award-winning series, including the fantasy epic The Temple Of A Thousand Tears and the teen-rated gag strip @$$HOLE!.
Alan Evans (webcomic creator) - created the award-winning wrestling webcomic Rival Angels. In addition, he has done work for wrestling companies and independent studios.
CONVENTION DETAILS -- The convention will take place from February 15th through 17th, 2013, Friday at 10:00am through Sunday at 5:00pm in the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the adjoining Delta Conference Center (formerly the Frontier Airlines Center), in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Pre-register before January 15th and get a weekend badge for only $35 and VIP pre-registration for $100. VIP includes line priority for guest autographs, front row seating, maid café seating priority, lounge area, exhibit hall early access, a convention t-shirt, and more. You can also purchase a $25 weekend badge at our Roadshow table as we travel to other conventions. Group rates are available for groups over ten and for anime clubs.
