Top Anime Movies at Japanese Box Office: 2011

Box Office Mojo has posted a list of the 100 top-grossing films in Japan in 2011. The top two films were Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part Two) and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (3D), which grossed US$124,331,909 and US$108,856,481 respectively. The top anime or anime-related films are as follows:

- #5 - Gantz - 3.45 billion yen (about US$45.0 million)
- #8 - Detective Conan: Quarter of Silence - 3.15 billion yen (about US$41.1 million)
- #9 - Gantz: Perfect Answer - 2.82 billion yen (about US$36.8 million)
