Plot Summary:
Ikuo Ryūzaki and Tatsuya Danno have vowed vengeance against the men behind an organization that caused the death of a beloved figure in their childhood. Ryūzaki became a police officer, while Danno became a criminal. Together, they secretly plan to take down the corrupt police system behind it all.
