In ep 12 at 12:19 the festival attendee is wearing a T-shirt that resembles the Beatle's Abby Road album cover where they cross the street in unison.
In Episode 7, while Mikoshiba "Mikorin" Mikoto is thinking of different types of "cool poses", one character he thought of looks like a mock copy of a "Kamen Rider", although this one has angel wings.
In Episode 8, Yuu is shown wearing a bull mask while carrying Hori to the nurse's office. At the end of the scene, it switches to Hori riding a mechanical bull wearing a similar outfit to Woody from Pixar's Toy Story.
In episode 11, at about 23:22, Chiyo is seen grabbing a can of soft drink from the fridge with the label PUCARI SET. This is a parody of a real soft drink/sports drink brand called POCARI SWEAT (ポカリスエット) which is produced by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
