It's not explicitly stated in the article, but I think it would be good to mention that this lottery is only for people who buy the entire series at Toranoana.

I just imagined a sword stand with a Japanese katana on it... and a scissor blade. Anime hyper

Now picture someone like Zydrunas Savickas in a skimpy top and bikini bottoms held up with suspenders. Just... no... Shocked

Brutannica might have been saying that the article does say you have to buy it at Toranoana, rather than it being unclear.
